松山駅を出て、左に３０ｍ。とても近くで便利です。私は歩き遍路をしていますが、JR至近距離と言うのは、何ものにも代えがたいです。ここで三連泊しました。早朝出発なので、朝食はホテルでは取りませんでした。駅にコンビニがあるので、それで十分でした。部屋は狭いですが、清潔でした。スタッフは親切で、交通案内やWIFI の使い方も教えてくれました。松山へ行く機会があれば、また利用しようと思います。 さらに表示

友人とダブルルームに宿泊しました。施設は新しい感じはしませんが、清潔です。 JRの松山駅・市電駅に近いので、空港に出るにも松山市駅に出るにも観光するにも便利ですが、飲み屋街とは離れているように思います。とはいえ、市電の一駅先（歩ける）に23：00までやっている大規模なスーパーがあるので、食糧には困りません。 ※食事は利用していません。 さらに表示

It is just 1 minute walk from the JR station. If your plan is to take lots of trains, this hotel is the only best option. It is though far from the city center, you have to take 30 mins tram to the onsen and 15 mins to the castle. If your plan is to explore inside the city, it is better to stay in town. If your plan is to explore other nearby city by JR, this hotel is the best. Room is clean, staff is helpful, value for money anyway. さらに表示

This hotel is located on the building next block on the left hand side of the JR - Matsuyama Station. It is very convenient to travel and don't worry about being late to get to Hotel in case you take the late train. The tram station is at opposite front of the hotel. There are shopping center, restaurants and bakery shops nearby the hotel area. さらに表示

The hotel is just 1 min walk from main JR station & 3 mins walk from tram station and with very good deal. Staff are helpful and friendly, and speak “ok” english so you can communicate easily. The hotel room is small but have everything travellers need. I highly recommend. さらに表示

On a recent trip around Shikoku I stayed one night in the Terminal Hotel. The location was perfect. The staff were super friendly and did everything they could to assist me, providing information in English on Matsuyama, etc. The facilities suited my needs, especially the coin laundry. The hotel is a small hotel easily accessible from JR Matsuyama station. The staff were nice and helpful. The room has a old Japanese hotel design, but is well maintained and kept clean. The bathroom looks newly furbished and is very clean too. さらに表示

I booked 3 nights because the great price it offered. The location is perfect for someone travelling with JR trains in Shikoku. It is literally right next to the JR Matsuyama station and the street car station. You can find different buses outside JR station, including those going to airport, ferry port and dogo onsen. Rooms are clean and spacious. Minor worn outs but acceptable. Only shortcoming would be very few restaurants can be found open after 8pm and you will need to take the streetcar to Okaido for 15 mins to find the major shopping/restaurant area. さらに表示

Well located near JR Matsuyama station with few eateries nearby. Got a complimentary room upgrade by the staff which was well appreciated. Hotel room is a bit dated, but room in generally clean. さらに表示

Very noisy,no matter I live on second floor or either on 5th floor. Cleanses need to be improved especially the bed. The fringe is noisy while it is operating. It’s not that user friendly coz you need to return the key to reception when you leave. The water bottle contains some dust inside as well. The package of wash essentials, there are some foams, I’m not sure maybe a customer touch it with a foaming hand, but didn’t open it. Hence, staff didn’t notify and replace it.
