湯布院か、別府かと迷いましたが、より温泉感のある別府に行きたくて予約。 湯布院はもう外国人だらけですし…。 チェックイン時に抹茶と和菓子が出てきて、期待感が上がります。 部屋に通されると、和の雰囲気で落ち着く。 お風呂も部屋風呂もあり、いつでも入れるのですが、温度調節が少し大変かも。 食事にワインを持ち込み、一緒にいただきました。 持ち込み料はかかりますが、グラスは変なのしかありません。 全体的には満足ですが、料金から考えるとコスパはよく無いかなと思いました。 さらに表示

it is very quiet hotel located up in the mountain. we have rent a car so the transpotation is not a problem for us. Better to get 2nd-floor room as the view is much more better than 1st floor. （the public onsen's roof will block the view of room 101 and 102!! ） Its public onsen is quite small so we just use the one inside our room. the hotel also provide Delicate food, very tasty！ さらに表示

Hotel's location might be a little hard to find, and if you're driving, do rent a smaller car. Onsen in the room is great, you can smell the sulphur, which means water's coming from the actual hotsprings. Hotel room's spacious and clean! さらに表示

Excellent hot spring, very grand house and private hotspring, with wide and romantic view from the room and private terrance, very big lobby and interior design is perfect. it is locate mid of hillside, self driving access only though it will be a bit difficult to locate if you arrive at night さらに表示

A bit far from Fukuoka(located at the entrance of Beppu), and have to pass a bit curvy small path. It was so private and quiet. You can see the Bay of Beppu at the terrace. It was so beautiful. Room and spa was good. However, breakfast and Kaiseki were so so... I think they have to make efforts to serve good quality foods. さらに表示

As it said, its not the easiest to find as its locate up on the mountain through a narrow road. But its worth it for the view. Room is spacious and onsen are in the room. We pre-order dinner separately and it was good. The only down side is the room is not very sound proofed. Lucky we had good neighbors so it didnt bother us. さらに表示

Highly recommend this modern ryokan. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will feel very calm and relaxed. Our room was very spacious and overlooked the town of Beppu and the private hot spring bath was amazing. Access is a little confusing the first time but well worth it when you arrive. Breakfast equally matches the beautiful view and ambience. Thank you Terrace Midoubaru for a memorable stay, we will be back! さらに表示

AWESOME HOT SPRING HOTEL! Very modern design, the staff are GREAT! Food were really tasty and the portion is definitely more than enough. The location wasn't as difficult to locate; the staff had send us an email with the map code so it was all good, just needed to input the map code and GPS does the rest of the work. さらに表示

When you step into the hotel, it’s almost as nice as the pictures that are online. I love the modern/traditional fusion Japanese design of the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel. Things also look very new, so we felt very comfortable using all the facilities at the hotel and everything in the room. I also love the view of Beppu from the hotel/hotel room(I got a 2nd floor room). But the only downside of having the nice view is the hotel is up on a hill and you have to drive or take taxi to the there. The hotel is around 5-10mins to the town, and I had a rental car, so it was not really a problem for me. さらに表示

Have stayed in quite a few fancy onsen royans in this trip. This one is the most expensive (Almost AUD600 per night) but worst value. The bed was making me very itchy for the whole night and left me quite a few itchy red lumps on the arms and the chin for the next few days. The in room onsen tub is very rough for the skin, it gave us sore and red skins after sitting in there for a while. The restaurant didnt even use proper chopsticks but disposable ones, to be honest even the 100 yen sushi restaurant Sushiro uses proper Japanese chopsticks. It’s those small details that tell the quality and class of an accomodation. Only good thing about this place is the nice view of the city from the balcony (we paid more for a more expensive 2F room) , but even that doesn’t save this hotel. I don’t recommend it ! さらに表示
