各県にあるザ・ビーさんを訪ねてますが 三条は利便性はとても良いですが 古いホテルの改造版なのか？ 至るところに古さが目立ちます。 仕方ない事ですが シングルダブルの部屋で予約したのですが‥空きがあったのか ツインダブルの広めの部屋にグレードアップして頂きました。 スタッフも丁寧で良い感じでした。 また、利用させて貰います。 さらに表示

ホテルとは言いがたい。 ディスカウントだったので泊まりましたがあの施設で正規料金で泊まったら泣いても泣ききれない。ディスカウントの料金でも内容からしたら高い。 さらに表示

部屋は、余り広くはなかったけれどベッドは私は好きだ。よく寝れた。部屋は当然だけどタバコの臭いは全くしない。ホテルは、京都市の中程にあって、どこにアクセスするにも便利な所にあった。カウンターでは、観光案内も色々してもらい非常に役立った。ホテルが駅の側にあったのでバス・地下鉄の１日乗車券も直ぐ買えて、さっそく観光を始める事が出来た。歩いてレストランを探したが、京都のレストランはランチの方がお得だ。 さらに表示

Pros: Place is close by when your ok to walk 15 to 30 minutes each way to gion area, close to river and its a nice walk into all the alleys.The Alley restaurant is at left side after you cross the river. さらに表示

Pros: Very good location. Restaurants of Kawara-machi and commercial district are within walking distance. Metro station and bus stops also very near. Cons: The unit bathroom has a little smell. Generally very nice cost vs performance. さらに表示

A brand new boutique hotel, very clean, compact, complete amenities and close to exit 1 Sanjo station. They served western and Japanese breakfast, which is very much appreciated. It’s just a short walk toward downtown area and Gion area on the other side. I recommend this hotel. さらに表示

I live in Japan and just wanted somewhere to save me a train journey to see the autumn leaves. The hotel was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy and I was pleased that the staff spoke to me in Japanese on hearing my Japanese rather than the "foreign face = English speaker" that can be very annoying for residents. There was no chance to use the bath as it was fully booked so I went to the public bath Yanagiyu which is a few minutes north of the hotel. さらに表示

It's a very nice stay, convenient position, comfortable room, we enjoyed an upgraded spacious room, only a bit pity that the toilet design is not good enough that you need really to step in and the toilet drainage blocked in the second day. さらに表示

Bathroom amenities were Shiseido, hotel location is just next to the Sanjo station but the only downside for us was the wall was too thin so you can hear people talking from the next door, especially when they are doing their "business", which was not so pleasant if you are traveling with children. さらに表示

Perfect location, just on subway at Sanjo. Rooms are small but in Kyoto, you don't spend time in your room! You can walk to the main temples, close to Gion. The area on the other side of the river (West) is very interesting too. You can walk along the river, many restaurants, shopping. さらに表示

People with big baggage can make use of subway exit 2, the hotel is opposite across the road. Nearest exit is 1. The hotel is close to subway and bus station. Nearby famous river is magnificent during day time. Staff is always with great smile. Absolutely stay in this hotel again next time さらに表示

This is one of those ‘non chain’ hotels. The rooms are fairly small with your classic Japanese bathroom but don’t let this put you off. This hotel is in a great location for walking to the tourist areas. The staff could not have been more helpful with everyone speaking English,, very welcoming with lots of local information which we found very helpful. If you want to experience a little bit of ‘local hotels’ Japan then this is well worth a couple of nights. We would certainly stay there again. さらに表示

Love the location of the hotel. It's located in the middle of everything. Train station is nearby. There are lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Gion area is not very far. About 10-15 minutes away. The room is clean. Bed is neat and comfortable. Amenities are just what is needed. Toilet is clean. Internet is fast. Very interesting though that Instagram app is not working on their network. Seems like they blocked the app. But that's not really important. WiFi works anyway. The hotel staff are all very helpful. Love this hotel. Hope they'll include breakfast in all their room deals next time. さらに表示

staff are very nice. Good english. always try to help us and give direction. The hotel room quite big for japanese and for this price. Very clean but some corner just a little bit dusty. But it still very clean. Location 4/5 i think. Far from nishiki market and shopping street about 15-20minutes walk and no subway/station to go to nishiki and shijodori shopping street from this hotel. So i had to walk. Maybe this is why the hotel is cheaper. 15minutes walk to gion district. Near from the station. Surrounded by not too crowded atmosphere, but you still can find minimarket. さらに表示
