大阪、なんばに近く、海外からの客が多いためフロントの受付に海外からの客への対応スタッフをおいているが、逆に十分に日本語が分からないスタッフもいる。 新しいホテルで部屋は綺麗でアメニティーも揃ってはいたが、靴べら等の小物の用意が無く、部屋も小さ目で日本のビジネス客には満足できないホテル。 さらに表示

チェックイン時におしぼりを出してくれたり、時間限定ですが、ドリンクバー(アルコールもあり)やラーメンなどの提供があったり、アメニティーも豊富で、とても快適に過ごせました。 宿泊者は海外の方の方が大半かと 近くにコンビニもあります。 また、大阪に行くことがあったら是非、利用したいです さらに表示

Cannot find ANY flaws about the bidge hotel! Everything was great and frm location of the hotel to the thoughtful service to the cleanliness of room to the complimentary treats ( free drinks 24/7 and free ramen as late night snack). Unwinding with the free massage chairs at the lobby was my must do after a long and tiring day out! And thank you so much for going above and beyond in helping me find my purse after I checked out. This hotel is also baby friendly! They have strollers and baby beds for rental for free! さらに表示

Lots of free stuff including ramen, cakes, alcohol, postcard, games, craft, everything. The room is very very small though. But we manage to book 2 rooms. And because pit luggage is so many, i recommend this place for traveler without children. Very good for young couple or friends just enjoying their holiday. But overall we love it! さらに表示

We arrived here on November 8th, the staff are very nice they can speak English very well. This hotel is so easy to access to subway, we can walk around 250 m to there. The staff recommend us everything. This hotel has free activities everyday depend one which day, we got to where Gimono on Monday before we leaved. And everyday at 10-11 pm, they provided us free ramen and all kind of alcohol. Our plan is to go to kyoto during our stay and the hotel lets us leave our luggages there. The last great thing is on the day we are leaving, we leaved very early morning 6.30 am which we dont think that we are gonna having a breakfast at hotel but Chef at the hotel ask us to bring some food to go and prepare everything for us. We are really appreciated all the great services at this hotel so we would love to recommend to stay here. And we will come back here for sure!!!!!! さらに表示

Overall it’s great Prefer hotel to have an email so can send enquire Would suggest hotel to have an additional staff help us to take photo for kimono night or rather form a quene line so can help everyone to take photo at all spots like an add on service. As now it lets us take our own photos and some backgrounds are blocked with passerby. Also the dryer at level 12, it’s not so efficient in drying. I need 2 rounds of drying to complete. Everything about this place was almost perfect. They had a lot of essentials for rental and offered ramen & beer every night which serves as a great supper. Staff were pleasant too. Only complain was the room and toilet was small but I guess it’s a norm for most hotels in Japan. Overall, really enjoyed my stay there! さらに表示

I stayed here with the wife and child (14mths old). We stayed in a double room. Room: Bed was big enough for all of us. Also, enough free space in the room for two suitcases and walking space. The room was clean and tidy, felt warm and homely. Toilet: felt like an “airplane toilet” in “first class”. It is not huge but there was a tub inside. Water pressure is good. Water temperature is stable. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash is the good stuff and comes in big pump bottles. Convenience: 5mins from Shinsaibashi station. 10-15 from Osaka Namba station. Lots of food, shopping in the vicinity and on the way from hotel to train station. Misc: The staff are helpful and friendly. Every night from 10 to 11, they have free Ramen and drinks in the “restaurant”. they have lots of stuff that can be borrowed like baby stroller, portable chargers, wifi eggs (check out their website). There is a washer and dryer. the massage chairs in the lobby are fantastic, really hits the spot. さらに表示

- location is super strategic nearby shinshaibashi famous shopping place with uniqlo,gu, calbee, drug cosmetic stores, and others branded. closeby to dotonburi and train station too. - closeby to convenience stores, restaurants and delicious food stalls. - the staffs are excellent friendly helpful and can speak other languages specially in Chinese languages. - room is clean and complete facilities but the mattress is a bit soft and sometimes can hear noises from other rooms. - overall is great stay! さらに表示

location is very good (3minute walk from shinsaibashi station) & about 10minute walk to dotonburi which has many eateries. what amazes us the most is that they provided us with free WiFi portable egg throughout our stay in Osaka! also, they also provided us with baby bathtub, baby sterilizer & baby yukata! very satisfied stay. staff were polite and friendly, able to speak good English & Mandarin as well. will definitely stay here again in future. さらに表示

This is our best stay in Japan so far. The hotel is equipped with all sorts of things and most of them comes free! They even serve free ramen & drinks everyday from 10-11pm! In additional if you need to borrow a laptop, phone, baby pram etc etc you name it, they have it. Their location is in the heart of shisaibashi, america-mura. We were offered and took the room at the end of the hallway as they claimed it was a bit quiet. The whole floor was very noisy - a few couples were talking loudly on the hallway on the first night. I had to tell them off. On the third night, a new couple came in. They had their door opened, talking very loudly and when I knocked on the door to ask them to close their door, the man was having a shower in the room without closing the bathroom door. They were yelling at each other while the man was in the shower. Very good location but I would not go back to this hotel. さらに表示

Very good location for major shopping places. Close to transportation. Would like to see if they can pick up and drop off options from this hotel in future (current option have to walk to another hotel, meant you still need to carry your heavy luggage. Overall, good. さらに表示

This hotel is highly recommended for those don’t mind a smaller room but full with amenities includes free ramen and all sort of alcohol drinks from 2200-2300 eve night, massaging chair whole day, free wifi egg that you could bring out side, free bicycle rental, arrangement of luggage sending to the airport with fee, shower amenities, and etc. Apart from this, the hotel also have a daily activity that you can join. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Shinsaibashi exit 7 subway and the other subway on the blue line. This is good station as it is between Umeda station and Namba Station. Apart from this, you can walk on the Shinsaibashi shopping street to Namba Uncle Gliko and Big crab square. There is also a watching machine on the TOP so that you can do a self washing in the coin washing machine. If go back again, will highly consider stay at the same place. さらに表示
