家族旅行で、初めて宿泊しました。
清潔で、広さも申し分ありません。
マッサージ機も設置されていて、とてもリラックスできました。
食事はついていないプランでしたが、ホテル周辺に沢山お店があり、不便ありませんでした。
駅も近くて、ホテル基点に行動出来たのも良かったです。

Our family of 3 stayed at room 803 in the Maisonette Family Suite (penthouse) for 2 nights. My 11 year old boy enjoyed his own private area on his bunk bed.
Although there’s fridge and microwave, there are no plates or cutleries provided. So we called the reception and those are brought to our room in a quickly manner. House cleaning keep great jobs.
Only complain is that there are no black out blinds in the bedroom and it’s very bright. However, I had my eye mask and I slept through it. Also, if the toilet is separated from the bathroom like typical Japanese style, maybe it will be more convenient. The space in the foyer (staircase) is kinda wasted. We only put luggages as it is hard to carry big ones up.
A very pleasant stay overall. For big families, I suggest to book the family corner suite (Room 801). I went in to take a peak and it is very spacious and space are fully utilized. Comes w/ 2 double beds in living room (sofa bed) and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. さらに表示

Excellent service! Thank you for the early check in even though at first it’s not possible unless you pay extra which we refused. So we decided to put all the luggages at their storage. After an hour later , the staffs offered us free early check in. That same day late afternoon, we had emergency that required us to go to health clinic , my husband had difficulty breathing.. two staffs one Japanese lady and an Indian or middle eastern staff helped us to find which clinics are opened that weekend , call the clinic/doctor and helped arrange the taxi. excellent service from the staff with lots of eating choices and some Japanese drugstores nearby. A great place to stay. Approximately 10 min walk to Akasaka-Mitsuke station (ginza line, marunouchi line) and Nagatacho station (yarakucho line, hanzomon line, namboku line). さらに表示

perfect place to stay for me and my family. the room was extreamly large and comfortable with huge bathroom. the hotel area surround with restaurant and supermarket. near Tokyo metro station and easy to go to almost every attraction place. every staff are super polite and helpful with every request i made. Loved this hotel so much. This hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurants to choose. The size of the room was spacious. It came with 1 huge king bed and 1 small bed. The service was excellent. In the morning before i checked out, i called and requested if i could get more mineral water and they delivered 2 more bottles to my room. Another acknowledgment from my wife that this hotel provides with not only merely hairdryer but also those tools to straighten or make your hair curly. Incredible Location, there are many pubs and restaurants nearby the hotel but they are open for a late of the day. A bit annoying for whom that sensitive to noise but only for a weekend and lower floor. I have got an Air Condition's problem and have to call staff twice. Btw air condition didn't run all night, then I got an uncomfortable temperature for a while. Other services like Staffs, Ice Maker, Refrigerator, all are Great!! さらに表示

Close to few metro station and very convince if bring along young traveller. If you travel with limousine bus from Haneda airport, can stop at Akasaka Excel Hotel Tokyu. Just a 8-10 minutes away from the hotel.

Near 2 subways(Akasaka and Akasaka Misukte) which is 5mins walk to the hotel, nearby eateries and convenience shop, can take limousine bus from 2 airports and alight at Excel Tokyo Hotel .Staffs are pretty helpful and friendly. Once, the aircorn was not functioning well, the staff would try to solve the problem asap. Another staff (lady) brought 2 fans for us. Can store our luggages when we would have a short trip to other places and come back to continue our staying at the hotel. We stayed in luxury room for 5 nights and 2 nights in executive room. Loved the spacious layout of the room. It could easily cater for our family of 6 with three extra bed empty. The staff were very professional and allowed us to check in an hour early upon request. The services, kindness, politeness and easy to access... convenience to train station at G05 Ginza line. Arriving from Narita Airport, take limousine bus for $3100 adults and half price for child upto 11 yrs old. Bus will stopped at excel hotel Tokyu plaza. Then walking across the traffic light after the bus stop you will see BIC Camera shop, walk through the building then turn left and walk down the street side for another 7 mins you then arriving centurion classic hotel....for those who booked at centurion resident or grand hotel they are just few more steps around this areas...easy s to find. So much good foods surround...must try the itameme sushi shop and hand made udon at the end of the same street where the hotel located....

Excellent location and great value. Staff were brilliant . The rooms were well equipped an spacious. Our only recommendation would be that a better breakfast can be had elsewhere in Akasaka. But for evenings you are surrounded by a whole range of restaurants and bars. さらに表示

Won't recomment it to anyone. The "penthouse" we stayed in is actually a small attic where you have to climb up a narrow and shaky spiral staircase to reach your actual room. There are 2 sofa beds & a bunk bed squeezed in a tiny living room. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable that we couldn't fall asleep at all for two nights. The only room comes with two single beds where the window is only covered with some low-quality plastic blinds. In the morning, the light would go straight into the room so that you can hardly sleep over 6:00. Shower is another challenge. The staff didn't tell us that we have to switch on the "hot water supply" button so we spent some time to figure it out. On the 2nd morning, the hot water supply system broke down so that we have to call the staffs to fix it. The only good thing about this place is the staffs are friendly. さらに表示

Good hotel. Very good size rooms. It has a very nice bathroom that didn't have a smell. Most of the hotels we stayed at had a sewage/mold smell. Just wish there was some common area to sit. Very small lobby. さらに表示
