The house is well equipped with facilities. Plates, cups and cooking utensils are new. The beds are comfortable and there are a lot of spaces. We have 3 bedrooms for 5 people but it definitely can have more family members or friends. The TV system is good and sound system allow a good movie relaxing time for family to hang around together. The place is also very well designed and you will safe to walk around the community. This is the 2nd time we are back to this place. さらに表示

We were a family of 8 and stayed in the Chalet(Ishikari 173) for 5 nights. We really liked the quietness; was peaceful and relaxing for all of us.
We had fun with fun just outside our chalet; built our own little snow ramp (for sledge) and snow angels.
We didn't drive and relied on the free shuttle bus to/fro Hirafu village (10-15 mins ride). But do give a call to the reception at least half an hour before the scheduled bus time, and it would come to your chalet to pick you up; dropped off outside your chalet too.
Kitchen was well equipped with pots & pans, microwave & oven, and salt & pepper. If you intent to cook during your stay, you need to buy other seasonings/ oil, soy sauce. Or else,you can buy cooked meals from seicomart or hirafu 188, and heat them up. During our stay, the reatsurant was not opened.
There were sledges and snow ball maker available for loan, but we were not informed earlier of this. Luckily we found out one our 3rd day during our walk. さらに表示

Excellent service from their friendly staffs, especially one gentleman who made a detour of the shuttle bus specially for us to get lunch when we just arrived, hungry and unaware of the free shuttle schedule, yet tied for time to get ready for our pre-booked activity. さらに表示

The family enjoyed staying at this resort very much! It is huge with self-equipped facilities. This is especially useful where you can prepare breakfast before going for ski lesson. It has washing machine where we could clear some of the dirty laundry half way through our trip. The house is new and beautiful. The surrounding environment is peaceful and relax. Although it is slightly off the main skiing area, it is very convenient as we self-drive. They provide pick-up transportation which is equally great! Driving in and out of the chalet premises was a bit of a challenge but the wide spaces and scenery more than make up for it. Wonderful and friendly staff who readily helped a fallen local at the chalet entrance. Though 'secluded', its quite centralised location provides great access to the various ski resorts. Staff members can speak English as you can expect in Niseko. You have everything you need in the house. We parked our car just outside the house. Kitchen is fully equipped. We got a car so the location is not a problem. However, they do have shuttle service. さらに表示

Perfect for a retreat out of busy cities. Stores are not far and there is plenty to do in the area during summer time. Take care of mosquitoes. Very nice staff that was available out of official reception open time (which is by the way extremely short! Be aware).
Rooms in the 3 bedroom house are very large and you have plenty of space to open luggages and spread things all over the place :-)
For non Japanese, rubish needs to be sorted out.

We wanted a quiet winter holiday far from the maddening crowd yet not too far away from amenities. Here, we had the best of both worlds. It is rather remote to access but if you are in Hokkaido, a car is a must, nevertheless so County Resort is the best for the white winter holiday yet you can go join the crowd to ski in Hirafu Village a 10mins drive away. Going for walks in the winter and coming across quaint brooks and bridges was a highlight as well and the occasional shrines that are wonderful to explore. Yes, even in winter. さらに表示

we had a great stay at country resort. the staff was friendly, i emailed them the week prior asking for directions (we were driving from hakodate) and received an immediate response with specific directions and news that we had been upgraded from a 2 to a 3 bedroom chalet. the directions were perfect, and our chalet was great. since it was summer, there wasn't a lot of activity, but that was what we were wanting. a place to escape, relax, and enjoy nature. all of the chalets have a stunning view of mt. yotei, and there was a stream behind our chalet with a little nature trail to explore. we were a short drive from hirafu and kutchan, so there were plenty of options for dining out. i highly recommend this place, and we hope to come back for a wintertime visit! さらに表示

wonderful rental units very modern with all amenities. You will need a car if you want to travel anywhere as you are a 5 to 15 minute drive to closest towns. Great spot for relaxing and base for hiking and sightseeing. さらに表示

We simply love it. We were there last christmas. 2 families and all of us fitted in comfortably. The kids had their own space. We adults had our own corner to unwind. The kitchen is ultra modern. All the kitchen utensils are complete and very new. We felt so at home and will definitely go back. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I can never forget that we are given a list of groceries to pre-order. They buy it for us and when we reached, everything we ordered were there. Bread, milk, noodles, etc..The price is not even inflated. We love being pampered this way. Highly recommended for family. We simply love it.

The place we got had 3 bedrooms in the second floor and a shower, and a bedroom, kitchen, living room and small bedroom on the first floor, as well as a laundry room.
