１Ｆのレストランは朝食時に使用したが、部屋番号を確認しただけでサインは求められなかったのが、とても、円滑で新鮮でよかった。 フロントをはじめスタッフ全体は、反応も良く、親切に対応してくれるのはいいが、こちらの要望に対する適格な反応に、多少、欠けることがあるので、よく聞いて、何を望んでいるかを判断した対処が必要であると思った。客に対する姿勢や態度は問題ないので、さらに勇気と笑顔を持って客に対峙する訓練をされるとよくなると思った。 さらに表示

Hotel staff at reception provided excellent service. They were expecting our arrival and greeted each time we entered the hotel, small gestures that was very welcoming. A short walk from the train station, around 10 minutes but still easy to find. Highly recommended. さらに表示

Booked due to the reviews however it is totally scammed. Paid for $380 per night w 2adults 1 child and the hotel is so not worth the price! They have no additional towels and pillows to spare for my kid! When the child is chargeable! Definitely not worth staying Staff is poor in English. Great location very close to Nagoya station, extremely polite and helpful staff who took us to the lift each time with a very deep bow! The room was beautifully equipped (we got an upgrade) and breakfast was excellent. The staff went out of their way to prepare something for my partner who has a gluten intolerance. The hotel itself was fully staffed with very fluent English speakers which was a great help as we had a little drama (of our own making) during our stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is very close to Nagoya Station, and subway stations making it easy to get around. The hotel had it's own restaurant as well as many around it that were very convenient. The only thing is a lot of Taxi drivers didn't know about this hotel, i would say make sure you have the address in Japanese with you when you're planning on using a taxi. Was ok, nothing special. Bed was nice, slept well. Hotel is nearby station, so convenient to get around. HOWEVER: Agoda put it on the map as being next to a conference, which it wasn't, it was at a completely different place, making it necessary for me to do lots of traveling on trainsm where I expected to be able to the venue. it's the second time i have this very unpleasant experience with agoda. さらに表示

Pleasant stay. Hotel is pretty old (furniture and all) but was of significant quality so gave off the vintage vibe. Even the room key was vintage keyhole type. Convenient location with access to underground shopping arcade nearby and food eateries around. さらに表示

this was my second time to stay here - i'd been once before, when it was a sofitel. couldn't see any before-after difference... two pieces of advice - make sure you get a non-smoking room. i didn't notice until it was too late that they'd given me a smoking room without asking me. also, try to get an upper floor - the views are quite nice. this time, though, i was on the 3rd floor - no view at all! this place was about half the price of the hilton, and about a third of the price of the marriott! さらに表示

The hotel reception was small as usual for such grade hotel,however, it reception staff were very warm and friendly. And the biggest plus point is that they do speak English and understand well your needs. The room is tastefully furnished and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean and stocked with basic toiletries, pleasant surprise was that it is stocked with L'Occitane shampoo/bath/conditioner. さらに表示

This is my first visit to Nagoya. The direction provided during reservation was clear and we could locate the hotel easily. Hotel is clean and business like. Staff is helpful and speak good English. Surprise that there is a welcome drink even though the stay was for 2 nights.
