We came in summer, there is no aircon, you have to open the window but the river stream outside the unit is so noisy. Moreover its summer, sun rises at 4am, if we want to kept the blinds down, the room will be stuffy and warm. There are insects flying in, not sure how they do it when we ensure the insect blind is closed properly but some still managed to get in. There is no house keeping for a 3d2n stay, a bit pricey for the size of the unit especially when it is offpeak. さらに表示

I arrived late to the hotel, entrance door of the hotel is locked, no sign or number which indicated what should I do. wait for 30 mins until someone got into the hotel, then I could able to get the emergency contact to call the staff to give me the key of the room. and one thing comforts me, the next day the staffs arrange onsen voucher as a compensation to me. and the hotel clean the house every two days only. さらに表示
