21歳男です。 大切な女性の誕生日に銀座でディナーをする為に利用させて頂きました。 まずチェックイン。予約の際に誕生日である事は伝えてあり、フロントの女性から「お誕生日おめでとうございます」ととても嬉しい対応。 部屋に案内され、部屋を見るとまさかの予約していた部屋より広い。。。 とっても感激してしまって、今までスマートにキメてきてた僕がテンションMAX。笑 そしてテーブルの上には「お誕生日おめでとうございます」のカードとささやかなプレゼントが。 彼女もとっても喜んでニコニコしていました。 それから僕たちは銀座に出て食事を済ませた後再びホテルに戻り、4階にあるBARを利用してさせていただきました。 予約をした際に彼女の誕生日をお祝いしたいと申し出ると、ホテル側から提供できるもの(有料)を案内してくれます。 デフォルトでは、部屋に持ってきて頂けるシステムになっているのですが、無理を言って4階のBARにあるので持ってきてほしいというイレギュラーな対応にも快く受けて下さり、どのようにしたらサプライズが成功するか真剣に考えてくださいました(泣) 無事サプライズも成功し、ホテルの方、BARの方、BARで飲んでいた宿泊客の皆さんがお祝いして下さいました(泣) 本当に彼女も喜んで大満足とのことでした！ そしてチェックアウトの際にはフロントの方々が、「全員彼女にお誕生日おめでとうございます！」と言ってくださいました。 もう当たり前のようにもう一度利用したいと思いましたし、アットホームですごい良いホテルなので本当にオススメです！！！ 僕の彼女も友達に自慢したいしオススメしたいとニコニコしていました！ さらに表示

First, of all - the location is hard to beat. Walking distance to Ginza, Tokyo Station, Yurokocho etc. Just perfect. Second: The hotel has one of the best outdoor terraces of any hotel in Toyko. I strongly recommend Gate to any business traveller with meetings in Ginza or along Yamanote Line. さらに表示

The hotel is located at the heart of Tokyo - just walking distance away from Ginza and Yūrakuchō. It's brand new and I can't complain too much with the decoration. It's just next to Tokyu Plaza Ginza where we enjoyed a lot for shopping and catering. Its view in lobby is fantastic and particular its night view cannot be missed. The only adverse comment is its price is a bit high as compared to the others, and the room's view is just facing the building at the back. Overall its a nice hotel which suits people who like shopping and great night view. さらに表示

I can say that this hotel location is perfect for travelers. The room was great and clean! The only thing I want to complain is breakfast! They charged you very high with less food, you don’t need to pay that amount for their buffet because it was really little choise. さらに表示

Some of the hotel staff were extremely nice but we encountered some of them that were outright rude. The hotel has a beautiful design and aesthetically was great... but everything else was pretty bad. The facilities and services were awful, it seemed like they didn’t know how to run a hotel. There is no room food service, so you can’t order food to the room. The restaurant is closed from 3 to 4:30 for some reason. If you get a massage then don’t expect it to in a spa or a massage room. The massage will be given within your hotel room on the bed. They don’t even provide a massage table. We asked for an iron and an ironing table and only got the table and were told the the iron was in the room... it wasn’t. And lastly i wanted to extend my stay for a few hours to pack my bags before i head out to the airport. And they said they’d charge 3000 yen for it so I told them i was leaving at 3pm. When i checked out they surprised me with a 6000 yen addition for the extra time. さらに表示

This was my second stay here. First time i was traveling for business. This time on holiday with two children. Again it was a pleasant visit. Everything works, it's clean and nice design and all is working. I can recomend this location. especially as the location is one of the best possible for both bsuiness and holiday. さらに表示
