中国系の外国人が多いせいか、少し違和感を覚える人も居るかもしれません。例えば大声でしゃべりまくる、レストランに平気でペットボトルの飲み物を持ち込む、温泉の基本的なマナーを知らない、など。 でも温泉に関して言うと、何も注意事項や、マナーについてお知らせしていないのでしょうがないかなと。でもみんな楽しくホテルライフを送っているので私自身も楽しかったです。 ブッフェのお料理は普通。不味くはない程度です。カニがまだ半解凍でした。 温泉の温度、特に露天風呂が低くて残念でした。外国人用の温度でしょうか？ コスパを重視して、きっとまたこのホテルに泊まります。 さらに表示

リゾートホテルですが、とてもリーズナブルです。お部屋も広くきれいで、サービスも問題ありません。とても快適に過ごせました。温泉大浴場があり露天風呂もとてもいい感じ。今回は朝食付きにしましたが、それはそれはバリエーション豊富で、味もいいです･･･が朝食としてはかなりいいお値段ですので、ニーズによってご選択されればよいと思います。 さらに表示

フロントの対応が外国人と日本人の間でコミュニケーションが悪いので、車の手配や料金清算のときに間違えたり、とても遅い印象。スキーセンターも含めて顧客の声に対する対応がとてもドライで乾いた感じでした。日本の旅館のオモテナシを求める人には満足度は得られないと思います。 さらに表示

Great ski in and ski out hotel, shuttles to niseko village convenient and perfect for first time snowboarders as lesson are just outside the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Outdoor onsen is a dream after a day out in the slopes. Would recommend for couples. The runs are much less crowded then Hirafu. Just next to niseko skiing place, but not good for snowboard beginner since limited choice of tracks. Good taste of breakfast and have nice view in restaurant. Only one restaurant in hotel, no convenient shop nearby. Need to go to hilton or hirafu to have meal by shuttle bus or public bus. Not really convenient if dont have your own car. Nice onsen. Can use hilton's onsen as well. If snowboard beginner and dont have your own car, recommend to choose the accomodation in hirafu. さらに表示

The hotel was located outside the town center. While it advertises direct lift access, we found the slopes around the hotel not ideal. The best skiing is in the other resort area and you either have to trek over the top of the mountain via an inconvenient web of lifts or take a 15 minute bus. So actually we just wished we were in the other area. The worst part was the food in the hotel was really terrible so we had to trek into town each night via the bus anyway - and we found restaurants full and crowded. On top of everything else, the weather was so cold and we didn't see any blue sky. We were not impressed with Niseko and will not return. さらに表示

We took Niseko Village Airport Express from Chitose Airport, stayed at Green Leaf for 3 nights, then left for Sapporo via Whiteliner. Transport was extremely convenient during the stay. We planned ahead and enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle buses to Hirafu, Kutchan, and Hilton. Gondola passes were also provided upon request to head out for more lunch options nearby. Breakfast spread was great, skiing and snowboarding were so convenient, and onsen at the end of the day made the stay complete. We tried the thermal pool at night but it was too cold outdoors so the pool felt too cold for my liking. Just take note that you may have to pay for onsen tax during checkout. Ours is about 900yen for 2 persons for 3 nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. さらに表示

A very nice place with young children. Sledges were provided free from the hotel. Free gondola rides for non skiers to hilton and niseko village. The staff were greAt and helpful with our questions. Milk kobo is 2 mins away from the hotel. Provided free shuttle to hirafu where you get lots of foods and mini mart. Definitely valued for money with the service and facilities provided. さらに表示

Love the shuttle bus service. Ski slope just beside the hotel. Cleanliness is impeccable and staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good enough but can be crowded and needs some variety. This is our 4th visit to the same hotel due to its good location for ski in ski out, friendly staff ad less crowded. A complementary gondola ride for hotel residents who are non-skiers is a plus point in this recent trip as more flexible time to travel to Hilton hotel and dining area around Hilton, in addition to the shuttle service provided. As there is only 1 lift in the hotel from lobby to rooms, the waiting time for the lift (especially for young child or senior person) can be quite challenging during peak hour. In summary, we are pleased to see improvement to the hotel and facilities in each visit to the hotel. さらに表示

Onsen is very good especially the outdoor. Green leaf resident could enjoy the onsen at Hilton too. We took the cable car instead of shuttle bus to Niseko Village and Hilton for onsen and lunch and afternoon tea. Very good experience. Lovely! Room is very comfortable, clean and pretty spacious for japan standard. Greenleaf provides free shuttle to Hirafu, Milk Kobo and Kutchan station. There are convenient stores and a number of good restaurants at Hirafu. The free shuttle to Kutchan JR Station is very convenient and we took the train to Otaru (about 70mins then Otaru to Sapporo(35mins). Must stop at Milk Kobo for their cheese tart. The best cheese tart that I ever had in Japan so far. It is freshly baked and it is so yummy. Other than cheese tart they do sell cheese cake, puff and some other pastry and drinks too. Breakfast is very good. Food is tasty and a variety of selection. Ski lessons (with cost) are available at the ski school right next to the lobby. さらに表示

Nice spot in Niseko Village, with a great Onsen, excellent spa staff, good restaurant with a lot of choices. Front desk staff was really helpful especially Justin, who helped us find a way to the airport when the roads where closed down due to the snow. Ski and snowboard instruction staff, and the rental staff, were also excellent. This was our 2d trip there and we will be back. さらに表示

If you are looking for a place to set back and relax from your busy days, Green Leaf Niseko will provide you the hospitality and the serenity you need. In winter days, the view from your hotel room is amazing. It's so picturesque, it's almost dreamy. The Onsen facility is a plus! They have both outdoor & indoor facility. After a long day at Niseko, you'll appreciate how relaxing it is to experience the warm outdoor Onsen while enjoying snowfall. So beautiful! The breakfast is amazing! One of the best breakfast I've experienced. Choices are great, foods quality is on point. The ski-in, ski-out will be appreciated to skiers. The staffs are very helpful, friendly & accommodative. The bartender at the Tomioka White lounge is very friendly and recommendation made is on point. The area however is a bit far from the city center, Hirafu. So we need to catch a bus or a taxi to downtown Hirafu for better foods choices. Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay and relax. さらに表示

Can't find a fault with this place. The ski slopes are right there on the doorstep. Ski rental, ski school just next to the lobby. They give you a locker for your stuff by the back door which is just 10 meters from the chair lift. The onsen soothes away any aches and pains in the evening. Breakfast buffet is a nice spread, lovely restaurant with views overlooking the slopes. Same views from the rooms so you wake up, open the curtains, and the slopes are all there fresh with the night's snowfall! This hotel is in Niseko Village, which is smaller and quieter than Niseko Hirafu just down the road. Ski slopes are all connected, though, and there's a free hotel shuttle bus to get you around evenings if you need to sample the greater choice of shops, restaurants and bars that Hirafu has to offer. The staff were super efficient and helpful with planning sightseeing. It's an easy day-trip by train to Otaru on the coast for the seafood market with giant King Crabs and Hairy Crabs - yummy! さらに表示
