設計、サービス、お食事、なにもかも感動的です。 初めての佐賀でしたが、「七ツ釜」「呼子いか」「旧高取邸」「百年桜」「大楠」そして陶磁器 そして、ハミルトン 佐賀のすばらしさにすっかり魅了されました。百年桜 の開花に合わせて毎年このホテルにとまりたい。 さらに表示

きめ細やかなサービスとクオリティーの高い食事。おもてなしの気持ちが素直に受け入れられる心地よさ。温泉の泉質、温度が絶妙で溶けるように気持ち良かった。露天風呂が設備故障で入れなかったことが心残り。50歳を超えると人生で最後になる訪問となるつもりで旅行をしていますが、是非もう一度訪れたい。 さらに表示

An old British style hotel adding Japanese fusion. Room was large and comfortable, with choice of warm and cold air conditioning. Good quality Italian dinner, very good indoor & outdoor hot springs. this is the second time we stay in this hotel. We used to love it decent and classic. However, this time I have made mistake during booking and I only realised that during check in. and at the end, I have to pay a big amount of difference even I do not have any additional meals included. Although I know it is my fault, I feel getting "penalised" for a small, common mistake and it is non-negotiable. The feeling is not that pleasant for me. Excellent staff who assisted us with heavy luggages up the many flights of stairs upon our arrival in the late evening n then assisted in making dinner reservation as we did not book the room with dining options. Hotel is very clean n organised with nice indoor n outdoor Onsen (though small but well kept ). Definitely my first choice if I visit Ureshino again. さらに表示

Great facilities and meals! Very quiet small town, hotel is located on the fringe. Shuttle van provided to a small bus interchange nearby and hotel staff take the trouble to help you with the planning of the timing of your departure to make your connections. Friendly & helpful staff although not very efficient in English. Design of the hotel makes you feel like travelling in pre-modern Europe. It’s bar has over a hundred type of whisky from all over the world so it is a very good place to get drunk. The fire place in the lobby floor is a good place for reading or spending a lazy afternoon. Together with the wheat field around and the fact that it is located around a small quiet town, it is perhaps a magnificent choice for a short & quiet holiday. It is best to come on winter time as it is not too cold here and it makes outdoor Ibsen particularly enjoyable. さらに表示

Stayed in a Japanese style room which is spacious. The service was great. There is an indoor onsen for women and another for men. The women's indoor onsen has a door which leads outside to a small pond size onsen. The men's onsen doesn't has the same feature. The outdoor onsen has wonderful mountain breeze. The facial and body products available at the onsen was so good that I bought them at the gift shop. The hotel is built for wheel chair access and even the bathing section inside the onsen has chairs suitable for elderly who cannot sit on small stools. Be sure to try the local ice cream after your onsen at the gift shop. さらに表示

서양풍의 특이한 료칸인데 인테리어나 방이나 직원들 서비스나 식사나 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 방도 쾌적하고 깔끔하며 곳곳에 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 노천탕이 예뻤고 대욕장도 좋았습니다. 직원분들이 세심하고 친절한 서비스를 잘 해주었고 이태리식 코스요리도 만족스러웠습니다. 유일하게 아쉬운 점이라고 하면 노천탕의 시간대가 정해져있고 좀 짧은 점이라는 것입니다. さらに表示
