大学生の娘の就職祝いで、夫婦と娘の３人で泊まりました。ホテル選びの条件は、部屋は広くてゆったりできて３人ともゆっくり寝られて、静かな部屋で、出来れば客室露天風呂のような温泉付きを探していたところ、京都には温泉付きホテルが殆どなく、ビジネスホテルの大浴場か、温泉付きがあっても高額で金額に見合わないかなというホテルばかりが目につき悩んでいたところ見つけました。 このホテルは最高でした。ホテルというよりこじんりとしている町家ホテルのような、まさに部屋の雰囲気や広さ、静かさや音楽など異空間で部屋に帰りたくなるような雰囲気です。スタッフも優しく要望にも快く応じてくれて、それになんといっても信楽の陶器の水素風呂はとても大きくて温まり、客室半露天風呂温泉のような雰囲気で何回も入りました。町家なので窓からの風景はありませんが人も通らずとにかく静かで何も問題ありませんでした。私達が泊まった時は他のお客さんに会うこともなく音も聞こえず快適な空間でした。料金もお手頃で本当に京都を満喫させていただきました。ありがとうございます。 さらに表示

京都市内中心部に位置し、バス停からも近くとても便利でした。地下鉄などの駅からは少し離れていますが、京都には市バス移動がメインなので問題なしです！ 部屋は京都を感じられる作りで、畳の上でもゆっくりと寛ぐことができて満喫できました。 また利用させていただきたいです！ さらに表示

Super clean and nice beds and bath. But not much for the value. Location is quite far from the main areas. Which is nice in some ways but if you do need to take a taxi it is quite expensive back and forth. Just did not feel like it was not worth the cost and if it’s going to be in that location then it should have more facilities or bikes or something else for that price. - The room was amazing! It was beautifully appointed and well designed. The tea selections and crackers were delightful; the tatami area was the perfect spot to sip some tea, the bed was comfortable. I loved the bathtub and the built in speakers were such a nice touch. Apart from the location which is not exactly near the places of interest, everything else about this hotel was perfect. The hospitality of the staff made us feel like home, and we felt so relaxed the moment we stepped into our room. The breakfast was scrumptious and they made special arrangement for our elderly parents who do not eat raw food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, will definitely be back again. さらに表示

Everything about the Junei exceeded our expectations, especially the personal assistance the English speaking staff gave us! Pros . Staff is very friendly and helpful . Hotel room is very clean . Tea leaves , coffee and snack was available in the room when check in . Sparkling clean. Close to kyoto imperial park and a small mall. Quite streets . Cons. Quite far from the train station . Reccomend to use the bus system. Bad communication by email with hotel. Hotel is far from everything and most of taxi driver cannot recognize this hotel street. I stay on 1st floor, it was dark and no daylight at all even on a sunny day. さらに表示

Staff were so considerate of our every need. They felt like family by the end of our stay there! The rooms were so quiet and the bath was amazing. It was great room to come back to after a day of sightseeing. It was very close to Nijo Castle and fairly easy to reach by bus さらに表示

Own Onsen Fantastic service Spotlessly clean Fantastic location So Japanese , yet with western requirements . So relaxing we had our own garden and our own indoor Onsen Spectacular. Highly recommend this place . The staff were beyond helpful and just everything was fantastic . さらに表示

It’s a boutique hotel. Very nice, clean with excellent service. The room had a traditional feel with Modern amenities. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed the tub. It was the closest thing to a private Onsen I could find. Beautiful building with not too many rooms. I only wish they had a bar or restaurant. さらに表示

The nearest attraction is the nijojo castle. Everywhere else is by bus. Bus was quite convenient around this area but also be prepared to walk a bit more to other bus stops. The comfort level beats all sort of inconvenience to us because after dinner, we will return to our room around 8pm and enjoy the warmth and comfortable tatami mat and hot bath and the fruits from a near by supermarket. the staff welcomed us with great hospitality room design is spacious and Japanese with a modern touch. Extremely comfy bed audiophiles will enjoy the serene background music with a gigantic soundstage created by two widely spaced stereo speakers only complaint is the drain of the tub area was slightly clogged so the water would back-flow a bit into the basin area before being drained eventually. I suppose a plumber could solve it readily. Japanese-style breakfast was delivered to the room timely location is closer to the ?older part of town which is quiet with an easy pace of life compared with the city centre さらに表示

Junei hotel was fantastic for our 3 night stay in Kyoto. The staff were extremely helpful booking us restaurants and answering all our questions with their great knowledge of the city. Hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite large for Japan's standards and our room included a 'handy' phone which we could take with us for the duration of our time there. This helped a great deal for Google maps and researching places. Hotel is not centrally located to the Gion/Nishiki market area but still not too far away. Having said that, it's very close to other attractions like nijo castle and imperial palace. Thanks again to all the staff for making our holiday a memorable one. We loved everything about the Junei hotel - the room was incredible with delicious snacks and tea and coffee! The tub was amazing and the staff was the best! The amenities were also incredible! Location was hard to find by taxi drivers but we always carried hotel map so we got home safely each night. There was really nothing around the area so we have to venture out for breakfast and food My son slept in a tatami style bed and it was not made up for bedtime turnover. We had a delightful stay here during a mother-daughter trip. Spacious, modern, clean rooms with a perfect mix of western and Japanese influences. It was a wonderful place to come back to and relax after a full day of seeing the sights. We especially enjoyed the deep soaking tubs. Staff were professional, friendly and very helpful.
