すごく良い
こちらには、二度目の訪問になります。 何もないところなので、自然を楽しむ事しかできませんが、食事は美味しく、夜は花火も打ち上がるのでそれなりに楽しめます。 GWでもスキーができるとは知りませんでした。次回はスノーシーズンに来てみたいです。 さらに表示

12月上旬、ゲレンデオープン前のオフシーズンだったので空いており安く泊まれました。スキーやスノボではなく小さな子供の雪遊びが目的だったのですが、雪がたくさん積もっていて楽しめました。周りに飲食店などがなくホテルのレストランだと食事が高くつくのが難点ですが、温泉も無料利用できたのはよかったです。 さらに表示

とても綺麗でスタッフさんのご対応も親切で、60代、70代の親戚との家族旅行でしたが、全員がとても楽しんで過ごせました。こちらのホテルはいつかまた来たいステキなリゾートホテルだと思いました(*^^*) さらに表示

I stayed at the Hotel 3 days 2 Nights without Interesting activities ,as advertised ,eg. Panorama Gondola,Segway,Buggy,Waterfall Adventure ,etc. Reception told me that many activities were closed until next week. Why the hotel didn't notice while I did reservation via Agoda?? Free Ski Shuttle bus to Ski centre (half an hour interval). Hotel has a few restaurants (need to make reservation for dinner). Hotel room is very spacious and clean. Ski activities near the resort and ski centre is quite expensive. さらに表示

Was very happy with the hotel room and staff especially Mr Dennis who really took good care of us and beautiful service by everyone. Mr navin at the Restuarant did a great job. The Ibsen was good . Will definitely recommend this property. Rooms was nice and new. さらに表示

Even the resort is too far but there is many buses that we can catch from the airport. The view at resort is so beautiful. There are many activities that we can enjoy even though when the snow fell. The price we spent were worth for the room we got. さらに表示

The hotel is not like normal 5 star hotel! Stupid policy! Front stafff told us the onsen is free for hotel guest and the 8/f is a public bath only. When we arrived, we realized have to pay 1000yen! It is ok to pay but simple info also wrong! Food is super expensive given the size and quality ! Not frequent shuttle to ski mountain starting from 10am! At first should have every 10mins until 11am as all shuttle is full and ppls also standing! With gear, that’s dangerous ! Gd that we only stayed for 2 nights and can move back to niseko to ski さらに表示
