麻布十番のロケーション、ハイソなインテリアに囲まれた部屋が、リッチな気分にさせてくれます。六本木ヒルズにも立地的には、近く、急な坂を登れば六本木に遊びに行けます！スタッフとは、インとアウトだけしか会わないので、カフェやバーにいくのであれば、館内ですべてまかなえる。ゆっくり滞在できます。ただ、窓越しの街並みは、部屋によって残念な所もあります。 さらに表示

すごく良い
5歳の息子と私と夫の3人で予約した部屋でしたがベッドがあまりにも狭くて3人で寝るのは不可能。3人での予約という条件で選んだ部屋だったので簡易ベッドをつけてもらえないか、ソファベッドなどはないのか？とフロントで聞きました。返答としては、「ベビーベッドのご用意のみとなり、大きな部屋へのアップグレードは可能ならば別途料金加算で案内する」とのことでした。別途料金はいくらになるのか尋ねた所、まずは部屋が空いているか調べる必要がある、と言われました。このホテルは部屋には電話がなくフロントに来ないとスタッフと話ができないので、そこで待つしかなかったのですが、夕飯に行くついでにフロントに寄ったのに、質問をするたびに「少々お待ち下さい」と言われてスタッフが奥の部屋に行ってしまうので、答えが出ぬまま十五分くらいたっており、また部屋の空きを調べるのに時間がかかるのかとうんざりして、また息子も夫もかなりお腹空かせていたのでフロントの人には「先に夕飯に行って帰りに寄るのでその時空き状況と値段教えて下さい」とお願いしました。しかし、夕飯から帰ってきたら時差ぼけもありむすこは眠くて疲れていて、翌日はディズニーシーに行く予定をしてたのでまずは部屋に連れて帰って少し休憩させてその後私がフロントに行くことにしました。しかしそのまま息子は寝てしまい、寝ている息子を連れて他の部屋へ荷物も含めて移動したりするのは無理だと判断。結果、床にタオルを敷いて寝るしかありませんでした。ホテルへはアゴダから予約したこと、ちゃんと家族3人での滞在として予約していることを伝え、それなのにあの狭い部屋はないのでは？と伝えましたが、特にそれに対する返答はありませんでした。スタッフは皆さん丁寧で感じは悪くありませんでしたが、こちらの要望への対応に時間がかかりすぎること。また、結局何も対応してもらえなかったことが残念でした。部屋に電話がなくフロントへ連絡ができないのが一番難点だと感じました。それ以外は綺麗だしロケーションも良くとてもよかったのに残念で仕方ありません。わざわざホテルをとっているのに床で寝るしかないのはとても残念でした。 さらに表示

11月にオープンしたばかりということで、お部屋がとても綺麗でした。お風呂場に水滴が少し着いていたのが少し気になりましたが許容範囲。シャワーだけしかないのが残念ですが(しかも結構狭いです)、アメニティーのボディソープなどがいい香りでした！スタッフの方々は丁寧すぎないほどよい接客でよかったです。オープンしたてで、バーの無料ドリンク券が配られていて嬉しかったです。立地は麻布十番駅の南3出入口から2分くらいで行きやすいです。スタッフさんの対応は少しぎこちないですが、とてもいい雰囲気のこじんまりとしたホテルで、高級ホテルには泊まれないけど、お手頃で新しいホテルの泊まりたいカップルなどにはいいかなーと。部屋からの眺望は、5階だったからか、あまり良くはなかったです。全体的にはグッドでしたね！(朝食は食べていないにでわかりません。。) さらに表示

I booked the loft room on the 9th floor for my sister as that day was her wedding day but got cancelled due to COVID-19 so wanted to cheer her up. The staff decorated the room with balloons and gave us props so we coild have fun. They even stored our cake in their freezer a day beforehand and also let us checking from noon. At 5:30-6:30pm they have free flow of beer at the lounge so we had a blast playing pool while drinking heartland. You can also watch Netflix or Amazon prime in your room via your own account which is amazing. The bed is super comfy and the balcony is very very nice!! I love everything about this hotel from the kind and thoughtful staff, the impeccable room, the modern design of the room and the location. Will definitely come back again! 100% recommend!!! さらに表示

Lacking laundry service and iron which is inconvenient. However, location is fine however in Azabujuban. You'll never run out of things to eat in the area. Rooftop bar is beautiful, rooms are well designed and very confortable. TV is good as I could stream Spotify. さらに表示

From the moment i stepped in to the hotel right up to the time i left the hotel, i felt so much at home. The room exceeded my expectations. Shower/Bathroom facilities were awesome. The bed was comfortable and it just felt so much like home. It is located perfectly in a quiet district paired with convenient food options around. Extra points for that! Special mention to Sachino who helped me tirelessly to make dinner reservations before i came down to Tokyo. It was really great to meet you in person as well! Thank you! The design is on point, super clean room and conveniently located near the Roppongi hills. It could have been a perfect stay but its just short on a few points. 1 The room we stayed at have no view, the glass is frosted out to hide this and my dad felt slightly uncomfortable to be in a room without a view out. 2 We booked a room for 3 but they did not provide an extra bed. How are 3 adults going to share 2 double beds. 3 The reception double charge the credit card as they couldn't tell that we have paid in advance. 4 The hanging seat is nice to have but it is completely useless as its too small to sit. This new hotel is close to two subway lines and in an interesting neighborhood. It's immaculate and well cared for. The rooms are elegant and the bar a pleasant place to spend an evening, as is the hip lobby with free beer in the afternoons. My only wish is for more storage options in the room: hooks, empty drawers, counters, hangers. It's difficult to unpack. These are small improvements the hotel could easily make, so I hope they listen to this comment and make these changes. It was frustrating that almost every drawer and almost all counter space was used for some kind of amenity so there wasn't room for my belongings. A more efficient use of the space by the hotel would be most appreciated. さらに表示

Hotel located in the chic neighborhood, close to metro with walking distance to attractions close by. The staff was friendly and really accommodating. Room is decent size, standard room can fit in two luggage with no problem. They offer free coupon for people who stay at the hotel which can exchange one drink at the bar on top floor which has a view of Tokyo tower. Beautiful hotel in a slightly quieter more residential neighborhood. But walking distance to Ropponggi Hills, and also conveniently connected to the rest of the city by 2 nearby metro stations. Plenty of great food options nearby too! さらに表示

We chose The Lively Azabujuban as we had recently stayed at the one in Fukuoka and liked the ambiance. Azabujuban is a fantastic location with easy access to the subway lines, restaurants, bars and Roppongi. The complimentary happy hour is a fun way to get together at the bar and play pool. We especially enjoyed the rooftop Bar with excellent views of Tokyo Tower. We'll definitely stay again! さらに表示
