札幌・千歳空港からのアクセスが不便でした。甘露の森から徒歩ですが、冬季は荷物があると移動が難しいこともあるのでホテルからの送迎があるとよかったと思いました。また、HPからどのように移動すればいいのかの詳細がなかったので、もう少し積極的な情報のshareがあると助かります。（アンヌプリへの送迎バスがあるなど） お食事はおいしく頂きましたが、もう少しpotion sizeを選べるなど工夫を頂けるとよりよいかと思います。 少し足りないような印象でした。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいホテルでした。 さらに表示

Short walk to ski lifts. Quick check-in. Have own lockers to store skis , boots & jackets in the locker room . Capsule bed is clean and cosy . Wi-Fi is strong. Provides awesome breakfast. Lodge. has a microwave oven and a hot water kettle in the sitting area. (Think they took in the feedback to provide hot water) Shared bath and toilets are usually not crowded - which is good.. Takes bit getting used to at this capsule hotel. Check in is strictly at 3pm only. Our capsules are on 2nd floor (by stairs only) but everything else is on ground floor like the toilet, small hot water dispenser, washer, lockers and TV area. There’s very limited shuttle bus services to seiko mart and to hirafu welcome centre and annupuri which works only 1 way out and you have to take a taxi back. Ski lift operates from 8.30am to 4pm. Taxi to Niseko station will be abt jpy3,000 for 15 mins ride. さらに表示

We stayed here for 5 nights during Xmas time and would have loved to stay longer. We went skiing every day and the free bus was really great and takes you to every slope nearby. They also have a free car you can book to take you to other places such as the local onsen. We especially loved the restaurant, greatest food ever. And the cubes were spacious and comfortable. Pro: great staff, really nice atmosphere, free transport to Nisko pistes and they have a free car you can book to bring you and pick you up where you want, you can rent your gear and complete outfit across the street, food was very tasty and the cubes were spacious and comfy. Con: because of the lockerscreens it can be noisy if your roommate in the dorm decides to get up early, and if you sleep in a dorm upstairs you will be awake after walking down to the bathroom. If you are there to enjoy the powder, relax in the evening and enjoy great food: this is your place! さらに表示

too far from the bus stop. difficult to walk from there to hotel during winter. i didnt they have a shuttle car which i could have arranged before my arrival. staff are great, i missed my shuttle when i checkout but they managed to arrange with the driver to pick me up. breakfast is great as well, not just coffee and bread. overall, i love the place. my stay was one night only, too expensive but it was okay. great location for skiiers! さらに表示

Location is superb, just opposite to ski resort. All staff especially Chris were very accomodating and helpful. They also have car service provided to their guests. Overall, it was an amazing stay at Moiwa 834. Highly recommended. さらに表示

Nice place, but a little bit far from the city center. They have shuttle service but it only starts at 4. Be ready to lug your luggage through snow or rent a taxi to get to the place. Facilities are nice, but food was expensive. No access to hot/ drinking water in the common area on the second floor where most of the rooms are. Facilities are brand new and clean, but what soured my experience was the lift operated by the same management of the lodge refused to refund my pass after they closed down early in the day because of a blizzard. That's 4100 yen gone for something I never got to use. さらに表示
