Fabulous service and amenities for a 3-star hotel. As a Hotelier myself, I was impressed at the generosity of items provided: availability of toiletries, variety of coffee & tea drinks, beautiful pajamas and bathroom products. Everything was taught of and planned for. Great location, outside the door is the subway, and the riverside access & Rose Garden, is a nice option to have to wander about. It was a superb choice for us, so we cancelled our last hotel prior to our flight back to U.S. and rebooked with Royal Park Osaka Canvass instead as we return from Kyoto. さらに表示

This is really new hotel, & I believe that there is a room for improvement while the staff did provide us quality service. We are a 4 person group whom booked 2 rooms for 3 nights staying, rooms were spacious & clean. Enjoyed the hot water bath at rooms. We also enjoyed very much the self-served coffee at 2/F lounge everyday & we did bought the breakfast at 2 morning, although food were limited but they are tasty & fresh. There is 1 thing I want to thanks for all staff at Front Desk, I wanted to book for luggage delivery service to Kansai Airport during the day before my checkout date, unfortunately the reservation was full. Since my case had been fully informed to all staff at the Front Desk, I didn’t have to repeatedly ask for further help when I requested for an reservation for taxi service during the date of our checkout. Since we had 6 pcs of luggage & also few backpacks & handbag, the staff booked us a Jumbo Taxi & also helped us to move our luggage from 2/F to G/F to get on the taxi. We loved our stay the Royal Park Canvas, they some nice perks like face masks and coffee/tea bar, but it’s actually good coffee you can brew yourself. The hotel’s decor was our favorite part, it’s funky but still very nice and elegant. The only reason my review isn’t 5 stars is because I was the location were a bit closer to the downtown/center areas. You have to the subway and still walk to most places you want to visit. That being said it’s literally right next to a subway entrance so it’s still very convenient. さらに表示

Amenities are exceptional. The coffee bar is something i looked forward to when coming home every night. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds of dotonburi. Would book again. さらに表示

Location near to station and Family mart is right below the hotel. Complimentary coffee provided. Only improvement was that the self laundry machine as there were many guests waiting to use the self laundry service. Overall a comfortable stay. Will stay again if visit Osaka again. さらに表示

Stayed at 2 hotels in Osaka. This and the premier. Royal park canvas had everything I wanted plus extras. Complimentary coffee plus face masks were great. The room had a facial steamer/humidifier as well as smart TV if you want to watch Netflix. Overall. Great hotel and would definitely stay here again. さらに表示

The hotel entrance is a little small to find at first but the location is very convenient, it is right above the train station and there is Family mart right below the hotel. The room is typically small which is typical for a Japanese hotel but it is clean. Facilities are limited to a small gym and a large cafe area with free coffee available for hotel guest! さらに表示
