No daily housekeeping service, front desk not around 24/7, for the price which is expensive, there’s no breakfast. さらに表示

One notable incident was that we came back after lunch to take our luggage which have been stored in the storage room, to find no one was manning the reception desk. So we had to wait there, unable to retrieve our luggages, the consequences can be huge since we could've missed our train. Luckily we can reached the manager and he came down and we asked if he can drive us to the train station (no time to call taxi), and he did. Of course none of that should happened had the receptionist been in the reception desk. So, it was nice of him to drive us to the train station, we appreciate that. さらに表示

Nice place located in good location which easy to find. The room is quite big for studio type, clean and have complete amenities. And staff is very helpful さらに表示

rooms - check! location - check! staff - check! cleanliness - check! Setsumon is at the center of Hirafu upper village. Abu Cha2 is right across. Rhythm is just a few doors down! To go to the lifts, you just cross the street and follow the walkway to Ace Family Lift. What more can you ask for in terms of location? As for the rooms, the place is a very spacious 3BR. For privacy, 1 of the rooms is a loft and is separate from the other 2 rooms. We used the kitchen to cook which is a testament that it really is a fully kitchen. I would go back next year! さらに表示

すごく良い
Apartment was close to the Grand Hirafu welcome centre and lifts and in the centre of town. Some of the apartments have a shared corridor access and we could hear a lot of noise from the apartment which shared our corridor which made our stay not as peaceful as we would have liked. さらに表示
