すごく良い
少し奥まった場所にありますがまっすぐ進めばすぐに着きます。
金額を考えれば設備やサービスなどは及第点です。
建物の構造など不安な点（足元に窓がある）もスタッフさんの人当たりの良さで全ておもしろ要素に変わりました。
自分は友人と二人で泊まったのですが、ゲームに出てきそうな造りをケラケラ笑い、楽しめました。
シャワーの出も良く、良すぎて唇が切れてしまったほどです。
お風呂も深く、ゆっくり出来ました。
ドア周りがガバガバなので、女性が1人で泊まるのはおすすめしませんが、二人以上ならばいい思い出になります。

値段がほかのホテル安かったよりも安かったので選びました。部屋の大きさ、サービス、アメニティはどれも値段通りかそれ以上でした。ロケーションが少しわかりづらい気もしました。 さらに表示

学会参加のため、一人で利用しました。道路を渡った別館を案内されました。
元ラブホテルであろう建物をきれいに改装しており、少し変わった造りのビジネスホテルといった感じでした。
部屋は広く、ベッドは自宅で使用するようなシングルベッド×２。清潔度は水回りの設備の老朽化は目立つものの普通でした。（おそらく韓国人の）スタッフもFriendlyで親切でしたし、何と言っても料金が安い、コスパ最高です。
一人で東京に行く機会があるならまた利用したい思います。 さらに表示

お部屋の掃除が本当に綺麗にされていました。
ちょっと良いホテルでもお部屋のすみっこにはホコリがたまっていたりユニットバスのドアを開けると下水臭かったりするのですがそれも無く、部屋の隅々まできれいでベッドのシーツ&枕カバーも真っ白で清潔感がありました。
これからもぜひぜひ掃除のレベルをこのままでお願いしたいです。 さらに表示

新大久保と歌舞伎町の間にあるホテル。昔ラブホテルだったんであろうが、うまく改築されてあって清潔な状態であった。
値段もリーズナブルであり、新宿で泊まるだけであればおすすめである。

部屋は広くて机もあるし、化粧台も別にあってとても便利でした。短所は部屋までの階段が多くて自分の部屋が３階だったら荷物運ぶ時大変なことです。また、部屋の清潔があんまりよくないでした。（クモを見ました。。。）前と同じにお手洗いもまあまあでした。 さらに表示

Walkable distance 10mins from different subway lines. Clean place with changing of linen every 3 days/ cleaning upon request. Staffs are friendly and polite and able to speak some English and Chinese. さらに表示

I would have appreciated being booked in the corner room where we stayed during our first visit. But our room is good as well, except for the noise coming from the hallway and the other rooms when other guests come in late. That's why the corner room is better.

My friends and I stayed at the Triple room fro 6 nights. The size of the room is just right for us which have large size luggage each. It seems that the room has been recently renovated or if not, it has been maintained very well.
On our first morning there, we requested to clean up the trash cans and we noticed that on the succeeding days that they are cleaning those without us asking. They are also changing the towels everyday which is what we like the most.
The staffs were very accommodating with our requests. We are still taking off our shoes and yet they have already prepared our room key for us to pick up everytime we are back to the hotel.
On our last day there, they allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout since our flight is at night. They also helped us to get taxi that would take us to Shinjuku Bus Terminal.
We love it that there is Don Quijote store which is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. There are also 7-11 stores near and Shinjuku is also few minutes walk. さらに表示

We stayed here for one night only but if ever we come back to tokyo, i'll be staying here again. The beds are comfortable. Super clean facilities at friendly staffs. They speak english so you can communicate easily. さらに表示

The room is small yet very clean. Bed is not comfortable, just ok for sleep. Locatioan also near train station but not as near as I thought when i read other's review. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. さらに表示

Good hotel!5 mints to JR,10 mints to Metro. Big and clean room with big bathroom and high-speed wifi. The only thing i can complain is that there're no elevator in the nearest JR station which was a big trouble when we left. All in all, I would still stay here next time!

It is generally a nice place to stay. We stayed in the Japanese-styled room with shared toilet. The room is really spacious for 3 pax. Hostel is very clean and comfortable, neighbourhood has convenience store, restaurants and hot spring place within a 5-10 mins by walk. Also the kawaguchiko lake is only 10 mins away as well.
