初日、受付スタッフの愛想がなく暗い感じでボソボソしゃべる感じがとても不快だった。 ホテルの顔なのだから愛想よくするべき。 そんなことでお客さんが減ったら元も子もない気がする。 2日目、3日目はとても良い印象のスタッフさんでよかった。 夜誤作動で警報が鳴り響いたときはびっくりしました。 こちらから連絡するまで何もなかったのでしばらく鳴り響いてた。 もっと早い対応をお願いしたいです。 お部屋は4階で思ってた以上に狭く、入ったらすぐ目の前にベッドがあった。 安かったし寝るだけだけだったので仕方ないと思えたけど、、、。 窓開けても隣のビルの窓が見えるだけ。 掃除も目の行き届かない場所でもしっかり掃除しておいてほしかった。 場所は徒歩圏内にたくさんのお店があったので良かったけどまた利用したいとは思わなかった。 さらに表示

お風呂も広く、清潔だが、スタッフがいまいち。 アジア圏の人の質問やクレームに対して、英語対応もできずにiPadでバイリンガル業者にお願いしていた。そのせいですごい待たされた。 チャックアウト時も一人で、英語対応できないから時間かかって、 待たされる。 さらに表示

立地は文句なし 安いからスイート取ったのが大間違い 外は台風なのかと思ったほど轟音が鳴り響いていてカーテンを開けたら高速道路真横でずっと爆音に悩まされ寝れず。 クラブ行って酔って女性と　位の人たち向け。　静かに過ごしたい人には難しかった。 ただやっぱりシティホテルなんかより断然広いし綺麗。ノイズが気にならない人なら超お得ホテルかと さらに表示

Dusty room, did not clean bed side which can see clearly all the dust. When cleaning my own pillow always throw at the floor. Very small room size, it’s a double bed for 2, but we hardly open even 1 medium luggage.we had to put our luggage on the table when open. The only good things is that there’s many foods around, walking distance to the famous street,Shinsaibashi, dodonburi. Few family mart nearby the hotel. さらに表示

The room is clean but a bit small. U have to open the luggage on the bed. Staffs are friendly and able to communicate in English. There are few restaurants nearby the hotel and 10 minutes walking to Dotombori. さらに表示

The hotel is really nice to allow us to put our luggage overnight as we are heading over to Kyoto for a night before checking in to their hotel the next day. The location is really good and is of walking distance to dotonbori. The room is comfortable and clean. さらに表示

excellent location, not too far from main JR stations (within 10min walk), very well kept room and huge bathroom for a japanese hotel which are usually small. Staff were very helpful as well. さらに表示

Stayed in this hotel during the winter. Everything was awesome but when it comes to showering, there is not enough hot water. Waited for an hour before entering the shower but bathe half way no more hot water. And the water was freezing cold. さらに表示

it should be classified as 1.5 to 2 star hotel, instead of 3 star on agoda the housekeeping is very basic as the carpet is always not clean everyday the staff tends to be cold and without passion while serving guests only advantage is the location as 10 mins walk to Dotonbori さらに表示

Pros: 1. Mid-way between two stations, Namba and Shimbashi 2. Lots of convenience stores nearby, Family Mart, Lawson and 7/11 3. Just a few blocks away from Osaka's prime tourist locations, such as Dotombori, Amerikamura and Shimbashi shopping district 4. Very friendly staff. 5. Has a huge bathroom and toilet area compared most hotels we stayed at in Japan, and the room was stylish as well. Cons: 1. There was something off about the calibration of the Bidet in our room, it aimed too high 2. The elevator always needs to stop at the second floor lobby, which is inconvenient if you're in a rush Overall: This hotel is very impressive with only a few quirks. We were thrilled to stay with The wall hotel who offered best location, best stay that one could asked for ! My husband and I enjoyed Osaka so much partly because of your hotel! There is a famous chicken wings store next to the hotel which is superb! Keep up the good work guys ! さらに表示

The hotel is situated really well. It’s clean, easily accessible and great bathroom bed is comfortable. The best part was the staff there. They were incredibly helpful. Some of the best service I’ve seen of any hotel in my travels. We needed to get to the station to make a flight and they got us a taxi that could fit my snowboard bag and made sure the driver knew where to take us. It made our final day in Japan very easy.
