このホテルはこれまでの経験の中でダントツに最低の評価となります。ホステル形式ですが、夜間、管理人がいないため、外国人旅行者が好き放題に使っています。あちこちに使い捨てられたタオルなどが散らばっていました。したがって、シャワー周り、洗面所など使いがたいものでした。イメージはネット掲載の画像とまったく異なるものです。同じような料金でもきちんと管理されているホステル、カプセルがありますので、そちらをお勧めします。 さらに表示

good ・コスパ高い ・コンビニやスーパーが近い bad ・共有スペースに虫が多い ・部屋があんまり広くないため、宿泊客の荷物が散乱しており 動線が塞がれる。 さらに表示

I had booked the 8 person room for a group and needed to ask some questions about checking in. Despite emailing, messaging via Facebook and calling specifically during their listed check-in times, I could not get a response (they left me on ‘read’ in FB messenger and wouldn’t answer Agoda staff’s phone calls). The place looked really pretty and comfortable from pictures however this hostel is really small and narrow. Wouldn't recommend to tall people. Location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from Roppongi station and the receptionist was really nice. さらに表示

I arrived at the location with a backpack before check-in. There was no staff at the location, basically nobody. Some other person told me that thet do not offer this as well. I wasted 2 hours to find a place where I actually could leave my backpack. To get inside you have to have 1 pincode. Its so easy to let someone inside because no one is guarding this place for like 90% of the time. To get to the kitchen you actually have to go outside of the building and go through different doors. There is so littile space that when i woke up there was so many luggage that you could not walk there. Staff members are ok. But I can't more because i only saw one once. さらに表示

The check in begins at 5pm which is later than normal guest houses. I was arriving at 3pm thinking that the checkin starts at 3pm, but it wasnt. I d say this place is between hotel and guest house in terms of its service and facility. It s obviously nice and safe. Though the fee is a bit expensive. さらに表示

I was late to check in and the staff was VERY kind in helping me to check in by phone. The location was great and the bunks comfortable. The only problem I had was how tiny the sinks were! The shower was small but normal for a hostel, but the sinks were so small you couldn't wash your face without getting water everywhere! I just cleaned up after myself with some towels. さらに表示

La ubicación está bien, en Roppongi perfecto! Limpieza 10! Pero la habitación donde estuve era demasiado pequeña y no tenía espacio ni para abrir la valija. El baño limpio y funcionaba todo bien pero demasiado pequeñito. No tiene ascensor, solo escaleras, para los que viajan con mucho equipaje no es conveniente. La cocina está muy bien, limpia y hay café y té para hacerlo uno mismo. El staff es muy amigable. さらに表示

Einzig die Lage ist uns positiv in Gedächtnis geblieben. Das Hostel wurde nur einmal täglich "geputzt". Dies schloss aber nur das Abwischen der Waschbecken ein, die Toiletten wurden zB kein einziges Mal in 6 Tagen gewischt oder gesaugt. Außerdem ist der Platz in den Schlafräumen kleiner als in den Fotos erkennbar. Das Personal ist genau von 17-23 Uhr und manchmal morgens bis 10 im Haus, es ist wirklich niemand in der Zwischenzeit da. Ein Check-in vor 17:00 ist also komplett unmöglich. Das Personal spricht auch kaum Englisch und interessiert sich nicht wirklich für die Gäste. Einen gemeinsamen Raum abgesehen von der Küche haben wir auch vermisst. Wir haben das Hostel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht, können aber nun überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, wie es vor allem bei der Sauberkeit so gut abschneiden konnte!! さらに表示
