すごく良い
自家用車ではなく旅行するので、アクセスしやすいホテルで、好きな時に寝転がれる（部屋食ではなく、ベッドである）所として探してたところ評判も良くお風呂も充実していたのでこちらにしました。１９平米のダブルベットの部屋は、連休ということで高かったものの、部屋付きの露天風呂としては安かったので予約しました。部屋の露天風呂は思ったより小さかったのと、部屋自体が狭かったのでビジネスホテルのような感じでした。お茶請けセットもテーブルになかったので、気づかなかった位で、温泉旅館という感じの部屋では無かったですね。結局部屋風呂入らなかったので、部屋の露天風呂がなくてもっと広い部屋を予約すれば良かったなと振り返っているところです。チェックイン・朝食の時間がかなり混雑していました。トータルでは満足です。 さらに表示

チェックインも食事も風呂もイモ洗い状態です。人が多すぎ。朝食をとるのにエントランスで15分以上も待たされるとかあり得ない。こういう宿と分かって泊まるなら良いと思うけど、もう絶対に泊まりたくない。都内にある混み合ったスーパー銭湯に宿泊施設がついた感じといえば伝わりやすいかも知れません。小さなお子さんがいる家族や若い方々で友達同士などには良いかも知れませんが、私には向きませんでした。部屋についているお風呂も外の駐車場から丸見えで、女性は入れません。兎に角、ガヤガヤしていてうるさいし落ち着かないし、何をするにも人、人、人。ゆっくりと温泉に浸かって強羅の雰囲気を楽しみたいなら絶対に泊まるべきではない宿だと思います。 さらに表示

Beautiful Ryokan, right next to the Gora train station so very convenient location. Has 3 private onsens, 1 large bath and 1 medium carbonated bath. Good food for breakfast and supper, honestly a 80US$ value imo. The place is clean but not to the typical Japan standard hence the 3 stars. Would stay again no questions asked. さらに表示

The price is worth the stay! They provide almost everything! Like tea time snack...free ramen for supper...kimonos and yukata for u to change...even after onsen u get free snacks nearby! Private onsen outdoor was great too! And it’s near the gora station (2min walk). Very convenient! さらに表示

This find was a pleasure from arrival to check out. Receptionist took a lot of time to explain to us the inn's facilities (in english) and services. We were thrilled to discover it offered various onsen options, public main bath, carbonated bath and private huts. Many rooms also had private tubs in the balcony. On top of that, refreshment and food was provided as part of the service at various times of the day but you can be assured you will never go hungry or thirsty at this establishment. Breakfast and dinner was a traditional experience - highly enjoyable and great beef shabu which you could order extras from the add-on menu. My only critique would be more portions of beef please because it was so good! Beds were super comfy and location super convenient. We were totally relaxed after spending one night there and already looking forward to go back in our next Japan trip. さらに表示

Is a good experience to stay at this hot spring bath hotel in Hakone. The location was great just few steps walk from the Gora station. The hotel facilities was great too and we all have enjoy the services provide from the hotel like breakfast, dinner, snack, bathing and etc. さらに表示

It was very close to Gora station, but there were only a couple of shops there and closed very early, the room was clean but it was bit dated, staff are very helpful and polite. Dinner and breakfast were alright, get to experienced traditional Japanese cuisine. さらに表示

Very near to Gora station. Room is spacious and clean. Booked the room with onsen bath. Good to be able to soak any time in it. They offer a few private open air onsen which can be used based on first-come-fist-served basis. Opted for dinner selection. Set menu for breakfast and dinner. Hotel was easy to find and the staff were incredibly attentive. The room was spacious and clean and modern in terms of the traditional ryokan style with its own (outside hot tub) on the balcony and a view across the valley. Breakfast was included but only traditional japanese so beware if that’s not something you want for breakfast. There was free snacks throughout the day (sweets, pork buns, ramen). Great location for local restaurants, shops, open air museum, itoh by nobu, and various hiking routes along the valley. さらに表示

For travellers expecting another experience, Hotel Stesugetsuka offers amazing one. Private and public onsen inside the park hotel with very large japanese very comfortable room with private bath on the terrasse is unique. Diner is typical japanese one called Kaiseki are still impressive. The cost is a lot but regarding the service and ammenities quite reasonnable. We loved it here! Beautiful place, and we got a room with a private onsen on the patio. It was so lovely to soak in it together at night with the cool air around us. The room was pretty. Loved the kimonos and loose-fitting clothing provided to us to wear to meals, to the different onsens, and around the hotel. We wanted to try traditional and authentic Japanese food, and we definitely got it here! Both dinner and breakfast were included as part of out stay. Dinner was 5 courses and breakfast was three. The experience was very cool. A little burner in the middle of our table cooked all of our food, and servers came to switch things out and serve us every 20 minutes or so. No one spoke english however, and there were no english translations of the menu, so we are not sure what we ate. (Lots of gooey textures!) To be honest we didn't enjoy most of the food, but we were happy to have the experience and an authentic experience. さらに表示

Food was excellent - I previously expected that dinner would take place in the room though so the restaurant was unexpected. Food was delicious and service was very good (though our server was a bit rushed with how many tables she was loaded with that night). Only thing is that there were ants in our room and some were quite big ! Could not figure out where they were coming from - maybe because we were a corner room? But we just killed a few through the night and didn't see any the next morning. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The ryoukan is right beside the train station so you can't miss it ! さらに表示

Our room smelled faintly of urine. It was very large and clean though. We had a private open air onsen which was absolutely lovely. We chose the kaseiki meal for dinner and our American palates absolutely despised it. It was the worst meal of our trip. Lots of fish jellies and other unsavory tastings. There were tiny pin bones in the fish served and even bones in the chicken tempura! Everything tasted old and like it had been prepared far too early. It was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was a traditional Japanese course and while far better than dinner, still not the best. I couldn't get over the bones in the fish. Eating felt risky! さらに表示

Good option in Hakone. Just off of the train station in Gora. Place is a bit dated but very clean. Can get somewhat crowded, but this is a rather big ryokan. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Having a private open air bath was also a good choice for us onsen first-timers. さらに表示

This is one of the best Onsen in Hakone, very convenient and great for first time visitor or people travelling with kids. Their Onsen is really clean and beautiful. Their breakfast and dinner are amazing and I cannot find any negative. Room is clean, and the staff is really helpful i.e. we had luggage transfer service to Hakone Yamato station before we start our touring around Hakone. Highly recommended! さらに表示
