非常に満足
私と息子の旅行で、出遅れてどこも予算内のホテルがなく、こちらがヒットしたので、予約してみました。１号館はカプセルホテルのような感じのシステムですが、こちらはプライベートと書かれており、外国の方が多いので不安はありましたが、行くと本当に一室そのままで泊まれて時間も気にせず過ごせました。室内も綺麗でしたし、スタッフの方々も良い人でした。しいていうなら枕の臭いがあったのと（偶然持参していた）それとパジャマは出ないので持参すること。あと、マンション系なので、食器の洗い物も自分でやる感じ。そして、朝ごはんも自分で用意して洗って、、があります。家は御飯系なので、朝は利用しませんでしたが、近くに色々あるし、少し歩けば歌舞伎町。朝から歌舞伎町で朝ごはんｗ朝は静かで大丈夫そうです。とにかく駐車場も何気に近くに安いのもあるし、新宿で遊ぶには良い立地と価格でした。 さらに表示

スタッフはみな感じがよく、フレンドリーで親切でした。
部屋は外国人経営という事もあり、様々までの手入れは行き届いていませんが、この値段なら仕方ないところでしょうか。

신주쿠 한인 타운에 위치해 있고 쇼핑 식사 교통면에서 아주 좋았습니다.
가벼운 식사도 만들 수 있었고
스텝들도 무척 친절했습니다.
다만 입구쪽이 조금 어두었다는 느낌이였지만
다음에 꼬옥 다시 오겠습니다.

テラス付の6人部屋に泊まりました。4人で泊まったのでかなりゆったり使えました。リビングのソファがソファベッド（2名用）で、それ以外のベッドは階段を上ったベッドルームにあります。部屋も明るく清掃も行き届いていました。新大久保のドンキホーテのすぐ裏にあるため、韓国料理をテイクアウト、立地も良かったです。

The apartment we stayed in is located in the quiet neighborhood and is 5min walk from Tokyo House Inn. It’s a 3 bedroom unit with 1 tv, 1 pocket wifi, 1 kitchen, 1 dining, ref, microwave, separate toilet and bath, veranda and roof deck. We really liked the unit because the rooms is big and we can move freely and comfortably plus we can cook our breakfast. The location is near Shin Okubo JR station 6min walk and Higashi Shinjuku Metro station 6min walk. 2 supermarket, Family Mart, 7/11 and Don Quijote all 6min walk from the apartment plus many restaurants around. It is also near Korean Town.
We arrived early and they have a space for luggages where u can leave them. We liked everything except for the towels that is very small. I would love to stay here again. さらに表示

Had a great stay at Tokyo House Inn 2. It was about 5 minutes walking distance from Tokyo House Inn which we checked in at. Room is clean and nice, and size is comfortable for couples. Nearest train station is Higashi-Shinjuku which is about 5-7 minutes walking distance. さらに表示

I couldn't find this place, when calling they didn't pick up and none of the locals said they never heard of this place. Spent an hour looking for this place at the end of the day i was forced to book new accommodation that night last minute and it was scary. Can I please have a refund of my booking this isn't fair. さらに表示

I was travelling in a group of 4 so there're 4 big luggage not including our cabin bag and there're not much space to put our luggage.
It was located in a quiet neighbourhood in a busy okubo area. Near jr station shin okubo and tokyo metro higashi shinjuku station. If you came there by train use higashi shinjuku station since shin-okubo station only has stairs!!
They give you towel and breakfast but it was located in tokyo house inn 1, different building from this one.
Check in and check out really fast. Plenty of restaurant nearby, convenience store and supermarket are everywhere.. さらに表示

-On a separate building from Tokyo House Inn (less than 5 minutes walk) where you have to Check-In.
-Do note that this is a licensed minpaku site/apartment. Site is on the residential area so there's no issue with regards to surrounding noise but quite a long walk to shopping sites in Shinjuku.
- Very spacious for Tokyo Standards (3 bedroom type apartment)
- 5-8 minute walk to the nearest subway station (Higashi-Shinjuku)
- Within Korea town, expect restaurants to be of Korean cuisine
- Garbage collection wasn't done nor explained throughout our stay さらに表示

We book the stay because location was great and picture shows 2 queen size bed with wifi, but picture always mislead people. The room was alright for 4pax with a very small bathroom that can fit only 1 person and our room doesn't have wifi till the last day. It was not a pleasant stay because one of the guy worker challenge us because of the wifi and vulgar was used. Although the guy worker apologised when we check out, the whole incident totally spoil our trip. However, I have to comment that a lady staff there was very helpful and honest. We manage to finish our 8night stay but we wont book again or refer to our friends for the stay. さらに表示

The accommodation is near the chin-Okubo station, but it's a bit far from the station. The entrance is quite isolated. And without security Because there is no key card to access さらに表示
