ロビーは、広いスペースのため、チェックイン時に、落ち着いた印象を受けます。 無料のドリンクやバスアメニティも、ポイントが高いです。 部屋の設備も、新しい物ぱかりで好印象です。 朝食付きのプランにしたんですが、レストランがないため、サンドイッチを出されました。 バイキング式を想定していたので、少々残念でした。 さらに表示

Since the hotel is pretty much right next to the train station and bus stops, it was super convenient. Also, located within a few minutes away from Nishiki Market and department stores make last minute shopping so much easier. Room was quite spacious for a hotel in Japan and very clean, though you have to stay longer for room cleaning to make your bed but that wasn't an issue for me. Breakfast was simple but good -- personal favourite is the basil chicken. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this place (or stay there again myself)! さらに表示

The hotel was really centrally located. Right off the shopping street. There was an abundance of food and shops to visit within a stone's throw. There were bus stops right outside the hotel along the main road which took you anywhere within the city. The room was splendid, sparkling clean and just really comfortable to stay in. Also, there were complimentary drinks at the lobby, and also toiletries for all guests. We thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the bathtub with the bath salts provided. All in all, rather costly as with most Japanese hotels, but definitely an exceptional choice. さらに表示

Impressed with the hotel and the staff running it. Room was very clean and had the appearance of a boutique hotel. Very clean. Soda fountain and coffee machine available in lobby from early morning to late night. When checking out, observed front desk staff wiping down their room key cards. We enjoyed our stay here during sakura season. Absolutely love this hotel! The location is fantastic. We have walks in different directions and at times of the day, and each time we see a different side of Kyoto. さらに表示

Staff is helpful. Hotel is new and room size is bigger than a regular hotel room in Japan. But it is overpriced compared to the facilities offered, especially with little (just empty the rubbish bin) housekeeping service. さらに表示
