6歳の子供連れで、夜に大通公園の雪まつりを観てからチェックインしました。アクセスが良く、スタッフの皆さんの対応も常に親切でした。レジデンシャルセミダブルで、室内にドラム式洗濯機があり乾燥まで出来る便利さはこの上ないです！しかもフロントで洗剤のミニパックをひとつプレゼントして下さるので、すぐに洗濯が始められました。小さなシンクと電気ポットで麦茶を作って飲めたのも嬉しかったです。今回狭いお部屋にしましたが、一泊だけ夜を過ごす場所としては新しいホテルってピカピカで気持ちいいですね。朝食のレストランはやや小規模ですが、メニューは無駄なく一通り揃っていて、素材感もあり、ホテルらしさと手作りっぽい優しさがバランスとれているお料理でした。品数が多すぎたり内容が豪華な朝食ブッフェよりも、こういう感じが好みでリラックス出来ました。また機会があれば伺いたいと思います。 ホテルの皆さん、お世話になりありがとうございました😊 さらに表示

昨年オープンしたばかりとのことで、とてもきれいでした。ミニキッチンがついていたり、トイレとお風呂がセパレートになっていたり、洗濯乾燥機がおへやにあったりしてとてもよかったです。残念なのは乾燥機がうまく働いてくれなかったこと。まあ、乾燥していたので部屋干しもありですかね。ハンバーも割と多めにあったのでよかったです。 さらに表示

札幌雪祭りの期間中に4連泊しました。 ホテルは新しく清潔で、スタッフはフレンドリーで、朝食も悪くありません。しかし連泊する場合は5連泊まではベッドメイクのサービスがありません。つまり、ベッドのシーツは5日間までの連泊であれば交換されないということです。今まで持っていたホテルのイメージからして信じられませんでした。その件以外は良かっただけに残念です。 宿泊客の対象が日本人でないのかも知れません。 さらに表示

rooms are very clean, spacious enough for a japanese standard. love the wash/dry machine, very useful. the location is superb, walking distance to subway, parks, malls, shopping areas and good restaurants! breakfast is also very nice with good selection of japanese and western choices. would definitely choose again! さらに表示

Room size is pretty spacious, for Japan standard and very clean and new. Location is great, next to a subway station with lots of eating places around. Breakfast selection is decent and there's free coffee all day (starting from 11am though). Airport bus just a block away. There's washing/dryer machine inside the room which is great as you can wash some of your clothes if you ran out. In summary, a really nice hotel I would recommend to stay at when in sapporo! さらに表示

tokyu is usually the hotel for business trip. however this oodori hotel would be reasonable choice for who has simple requirement such as cleanness, comfortable and convenient. also, they are very kind. さらに表示

The hotel is near Tanokikoji Sopping Alley. Nearby to convenient store and a number of tourist sightseeing location. The Pro is the room is having washing machine in room and the breakfast is good but the con is room is not clean daily. さらに表示

We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is new and clean. Really appreciate the hotel come with washer/dryer which means I can do all the laundry before flying back to my country. Do bare in mind that, the hotel only provided 1 pack of detergent, in case you stay more than a night, do prepare your own detergent if you plan to do the laundry. And the location is superb. All the attraction is reachable within walking distance and the Odori Subway station just 3 min walk from the hotel. Hotel do provide free coffee from 11am onwards, anyhow, we didn't enjoy the coffee as we already went out by that time. Highly recommended as the hotel is very clean and not only they provide the washer/dryer, but it also came with a kitchenette. If you are travelling with family with children and need to do some light cooking, it definitely give you the best value for money! さらに表示

Perfectly clean and functional. Spacious double room with extremely comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. However, found the in-room washing machine quite difficult to use--could have been my fault (although in theory I can read Japanese) but perhaps it was either malfunctioning, or the instructions could have been clearer. さらに表示

We had a very pleasant stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori. The staffs were very helpful and good English speaker, so no problem with communication at all. The size of the room was reasonable, able to open both of our luggage. The hotel is just a few minutes away shopping area and surrounded by quality restaurant. This was my last hotel in my Hokkaido trip and it was my favorite. First, the location is waaaaay better than the first hotel I stayed at - the B Hotel. This is just about 5 mins away from Odori station exit 3 or 4, or probably 7 mins if you use exit 13 (or 14? The one where you go thru Mitsukoshi Dept Store). If you use exit 3 or 4, it's like just 2 blocks away passing through a quiet area, but still big, well-lighted street. If you pass through Mitsukoshi Dept Store, you'll cross the main Street and will see more shops and restaurants along the way. But either way, it's not a long walk. The hotel is also a block away from Tanukikoji shopping street and the airport bus stop. Second winning feature of this hotel - it is brand new and has a washer/dryer inside the room, has a very clean and modern ambiance, and a microwave, kettle and stovetop (all of which I didn't use because I only stayed 2 nights). Third, the space is good for 1 to 2 people but I think opening up 2 large luggages will not be possible. Only complaint I have is that coffee is free only from 11am onwards - which was too late for my schedule when I was there. But it's not a showstopper. I highly recommend this hotel and will look for Tokyu Stay Hotels when I visit other parts of Japan next time. 😊👍 さらに表示

2 main things that attracted me was the location & washing machine in the room. It is walking distance to popular area like Odori park,Njio market, Susukino and shopping area like Tanukikoji shopping Arcade, underground shopping area like Pole Town and Aurora Town etc. Really perfect location. Food can be easily found nearby and even airport bus also aro the corner. Walking distance to Odori subway & also Streetcar. Walking to Sapporo JR might be a distance but wont be difficult, I would say comparison in Singapore would probably like walking from Scott road to Cathay. The only surprised was they don't make up room for < 6days stay but they still do daily change towels and clear rubbish. I'm still okay with this as we don't really need to have bed done daily anyway. They only provide 1 pack washing power only for our entire 5days stay :(. Having washing machine was the best to allow us to take lesser clothes for the trip & clean before heading home. さらに表示

Washing machine, bed, microwave in the room - Perfect stay! My husband and my 4 year old kid enjoyed our stay, the bed is big for the three of us. Few steps away from 711, familymart, Donki, money changer, ferris wheel, sapporo drug store, and odori park. さらに表示
