部屋が広く、通常のワンルームアパートと同じくらいの広さでゆったり。コンロや流しもついているし、全自動洗濯機があるのがとても良かった。長期出張にとても向いているホテルと言えます。場所も四ツ谷からすぐで、とても便利。東京は今までいろんなホテルに泊まりましたが、ビジネスホテルではダントツに良いホテルです。朝食付きなのもポイント高いです。 さらに表示

部屋は広くないが，キッチン・洗濯関係の什器がそろっており，近頃のホテルによくある，隣にコンビニなので，非常に便利で，洗濯物も乾燥機付きの洗濯機なので出かけるときに開始しておけば，帰宅時には出来上がっている。 難があるとすれば部屋が狭いので，机スペースが狭く，書類を書くにはちょっと不便。インターネットもwiredしかないので，iPADが使えず，PCを接続して使用。 駅近で好立地であるが金額的には高めの印象。コンドミニアムなので許容できる。 さらに表示

１泊だけでしたが、ロケーションも悪くなく、部屋もきれいで、値段の割りによいのではないかと思いました。 建物の１階がファミリーマートとジョナサンになっていて、夜食も朝食も便利でした。朝食のクーポンはジョナサンで使うことになっていまいたが、宿泊者は専用のメニュー（８種類）からしか選べません。が、ドリンクバーもついていて、なかなかよかったです。 一人で泊まるには十分だと思いました。 さらに表示

洗濯機、電子レンジ、IHヒーター等完備しているので暮らすように滞在できるかもしれませんが、四ツ谷という場所柄食べるところもコンビニもあるのでキッチンは使用しないし、短期の出張なら洗濯機も使わないので、海外旅行者にはいいのかなと思いました。 さらに表示

東京滞在の際に毎回リピートしています。何よりこのロケーションでミニキッチン、電子レンジ付きのホテルは中々ない。部屋も都心ど真ん中で28平米は貴重。コンビニもファミレスも近く便利。高層階のお部屋で富士山も眺める事ができ感動。また利用します。 さらに表示

部屋は広く、収納が大きい上に机とソファとベッドがあってもまだ余裕があります。 四ツ谷駅から、まっすぐ歩くだけです（方向さえ間違えなければ） 近くにAEON、100均、ドラッグストアがあり何か買い足したくても困りません。 四ツ谷駅周辺は美味しいお店も多いし、JRや地下鉄で移動するのも便利です。 前回泊まった部屋は2人用で広く綺麗でしたが、今回はシングルで使用率が高いのか比べると清潔度は少し落ちました。 掛け布団にシミがあったり、トイレやお風呂も消耗感がありました。 ただ、比較するとそう感じるだけで十分に清潔です。 とにかく洗濯乾燥機があることで、3泊でも持っていく着替えが少なくてすみました。 台風影響で1泊分キャンセルしましたが、返金処理も丁寧に対応してもらえました。 さらに表示

洗濯乾燥機があり洗剤も小さい1袋だけもらえたので、2日に1回洗濯して着替えの荷物が少なくすみました。 ホテル近くは美味しい飲食店も多く、AEONと100均もあり、買い物には困りません。 部屋は広々していて、収納も広く、テーブルの他にソファーもあって、まだ空きスペースがある位なので1人で使うにはゆったり過ごせました。 朝食は一瞬だけ外に出て、同じ建物内のジョナサンに行きます。8種類から選び、フリードリンクです。 最寄駅の四ツ谷からどの方向へ歩けばよいかちょっと迷います。方向さえわかれば直進で徒歩5分です。 都心のど真ん中に泊まる必要がなければ程よい場所、値段、快適さで最高です。 さらに表示

Easy check-in, Arrived 6AM from very early flight, left my luggage at the Concierge. Walked around Tokyo and came back in the afternoon to complete my check-in. Location is very accessible. Lots of restaurants around Yotsuya/Shinjuku area. Rooms are traditionally small (Japanese standard Business room) with western design. Right next to Yotsuya Street so you may here siren from time to time. Air inside the room is very dry so make sure you setup the air humidifier/cleaner properly. Avoid smoking room as much as possible. If you smoke, just go outside the balcony or the garden in the Lobby area. House keeping will only provide room cleaning 1 time per week so make sure you keep your room tidy. Regularly replace towels/toiletries. Breakfast is outside the hotel (next door) Jonathan’s Family restaurant. Limited option but at least you get drink bar. Overall, considering the good location and friendly accommodation. Comfortable stay. The hotel is 5 mins walking distance from yotsuya subway, and 30 mins walk from shinjuku, so ideal for sightseeing and still relatively close to nightlife. Room will not be cleaned on a daily basis but new towels will be provided on a daily basis. Very fast and reliable internet in the rooms (wifi). Good breakfast included in the room rate. The location at yotsuya is very convenient abt 6 mins walk to the station and just a stop away from shinjuku main station which is way too crowded a headache to navigate. Washing machine needs some time to learn the kitchen utensils very basic but overall size of room is good and near familiar mart and grocery stores さらに表示

I was taking classes at a nearby University and stayed at Tokyu Stay Yotsuya during that time period. Amenities are perfect for long term stay and location was fantastic, near food, shopping and transportation. Room a nice size and had balcony. Would definitely stay here again!! さらに表示

Good room to crash in after long days of walking. It was nice to have a kitchenette for cooking small things and making tea, also nice to have washer/dryer combo in room. If you do use make sure to wash overnight as machine takes quite a while to complete cycle, and have a translator on your phone so you can decipher machine buttons. Hotel is close to JR Yotsuya Station, about 2 blocks. Small convenience stores and a few restaurants close by. Loved the coffee shop on the corner heading to the station. さらに表示

old hotel. cleanliness need to improve a bit, but actually not too bad. very helpful staff but few of them totally can't understand English. the best thing of this hotel is washing machine and dryer in the room. さらに表示

This was my second visit and confirmed all the good points I noted on my first visit. In addition, I found an excellent place for dinner, about 300 metres from the hotel walking towards Yotsuya station. It was the oldest British style pub in Tokyo, The Rising Sun, and had just celebrated its 40th anniversary. British beer was available, and the pub grub menu was all hand-made, delicious, and freshly cooked: I went there both nights of my stay. As the Tokyu Stay doesn't have an integral dining room, that gives guests one more interesting food option within very easy walking distance! さらに表示
