I'm having a very good stay in Tomato Takayama. House very near to Takayama JR station, only 5 minutes walking distance to the station. Equip with basic amenities (heater, fridge, cooker, microwave, kitchen utensils etc.) Host responded very quickly and gave clear instructions. Overall, i'm satisfied and will definitely come and stay again in Tomato Takayama. さらに表示

I always start my reviews with the cons then the pros. So here we go... The place doesn’t have its own washing machine. There are no complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste. However, in case you have forgotten to bring your own oral hygiene products, there are a few convenience stores (e.g. 7-11 and Family Mart) nearby. Probably takes three to five minutes of walking. Though we had complimentary shampoo and conditioner, we weren’t provided any body soap on day one. We asked about it but we were told he/she was going to inform the cleaning crew about it. We had to buy our own bar of soap for our showers. Though we were provided with hangers for our coats or jackets, we didn’t see any hooks or racks to hang them on. The place was more than adequate. It was pretty spacious. The bedroom had three beds, and the living room/dining room/kitchen also had a bed. The kitchen has various utensils and appliances you can use to, let’s say, prepare a meal of Hida steak in case you find dining out to be a bit expensive. So what you can do is buy Hida steak cuts at a nearby butcher shop or meat shop, and enjoy a nice juicy steak at the unit. The washroom/toilet/bathroom was also adequate though we were missing a bidet. If it’s your first time in Japan then you probably won’t be missing the bidet. But if you’ve been around Japan or have used a bidet yourself then it’s a inconvenient omission. One delightful thing about the place: the hallway has a nightingale floor. If you haven’t heard of nightingale floors before it’s a type of floor than squeaks or “sings” when you step on it. It was used in Japan as a means to detect intruders in their castles or palaces. Though the place was spacious, I would rather stay at K’s House Takayama Oasis. さらに表示

This is a great option if you want some privacy! Bed is very comfy and everything was nice and clean. Location is great anf Takayama is a small city so you can walk everywhere! Just make sure before you go to write them asking for the instructions to get in, because there’s no reception, just a phone number where you can call if you have japanese phone. さらに表示

มองภายนอกก็ดูธรรมดา แอบคิดมาตลอดว่าเราจ่ายแพง แต่พอใช้งานจริง ด้วย facilities ที่มีให้ ก็ถือว่าคุ้มเลยทีเดียว สามารถทำอาหารทานเองได้ อุปกรณ์มีครบ การเดินทางจาก JR Takayama และสถานีโนฮิบัสคือใกล้ๆ มากๆ และเรามีพื้นที่วางของได้กว้างกว่าโรงแรมอยู่นะ ชอบๆ さらに表示
