Tominoko hotel is conveniently located with a good view of Mount Fuji. Access by omni red line bus is to the door step and the hotel provides daily morning shuttle to Kawaguchiko station for our travels. Staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. Breakfast and dinner provided had lots of variety with additional food on our second and third nights. Rooms are simple and equipped with all basic facilities. Room was very comfortable, big, and well designed. Bath room was excellent, separated shower room and toilet. I went there at the end of Nov. No air-condition needed. The hotel is located to the north of Lake Kawaguchiko. We could view Mt Fuji with the Lake in front. Easy access by the red line bus from the Kawaguchiko Station which also provided easy access to several attractions. The hotel provided a shuttle to pick us from the train station The room was spacious and the onsen has a good view of Mt Fuji. Breakfast and lunch were buffet and with sufficient variety of food. The staff are very amiable and helpful. The amenities in the room are very basic. Hotel is located right at Kawaguchiko lake so you can cherish the view of Mt. Fuji. But it is quite far from the bus/train station and convenient store さらに表示

There is no single bed option and I am paying for two person bed and two person food. I wish they gave me something to made up for my extra pay like welcoming drink. The public bath would be awesome if the change the outer wall to glass, then we can have hot bath with Fuji Mt view さらに表示

The rooms are newly renovated, not as old style as the photos shown in agoda. All the rooms are facing the Fuji mt. and the view is perfect. The buffet dinner and bft are yummy. The staffs are very helpful. さらに表示

We had the best time here. The weather was picture perfect so the view of Fujisan was stunning from our balcony across the lake. We took unbelievable pics of Mt. Fuji across the lake (just like in the postcard). This is the best value on the lake with buffet breakfast & dinner included. Their shuttle picked us up & dropped us off at the bus station for free. Also included was free public Onsen from the 5th floor with spectacular Fujisan view! The staff was great. I left my wallet in the room safe & didn't realize it until we got back to Tokyo. I called back to the hotel & they found it. I doubled back on the next bus to Kawaguchiko bus station. When I got there, the visitors center representative called the hotel & the shuttle bus driver delivered it to me 10 minutes later at the bus terminal. I tried to give him a tip/reward but he wouldn't take it. This is the place to see Mt. Fuji in all it's splendor ! さらに表示

The hotel is situated at Lake Kawaguchiko. We booked a room on the 6th floor with balcony. The view from the balcony is priceless as we could see Mount Fuji and it’s reflection on the lake. We were able to enjoy the winter fireworks right from our balcony at night. It’s spectacular! Buffet breakfast and dinner were also good. The hotel maybe a bit old but it’s clean. Excellence staff. We stayed 2 nights and realised the view of Mt Fuji was fully blocked by fog. Hotel staff gave us a pleasant surprise during dinner and that's was really a sweet gesture. Will be back again to see Fuji in summer soon. Keep up the good effort, thanks. さらに表示

You cannot find such a view of Mt. Fuji and the lake with this price anywhere else. Other ryokans nearby are beyond expensive so this is value for money if you want a great view within budget. The room is so-so, not bad but nothing fancy as well. There are a lot of tour groups in the hotel ence you might be annoyed by their loud noises sometimes. さらに表示

Tominoko hotel is a perfect choice for me amd my family. it has amazingly beautiful scenery of kawaguchiko lake and mount fuji from your own room window and restaurant. It is located right across kawaguchiko lake and the sightseeing bus stop is right in front of it. The onsen also great, clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and fast response, they even managed to pick us up eventhough we arrived at 9pm at kawaguchi station, just call them when you arrive at the station and they will pick you up. The breakfast is good, but i skipped the dinner because i arrived late (after 9pm). The hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough, it was above my expectation. Will recommend it to everyone and will be back for sure. さらに表示

The staff was amazing, we had a late check in around 8pm, firstly they picked us up from the station even though their shuttle service had ended. Then when we arrived at the hotel because buffet dinner was ending at 9pm, they let us have dinner first before paying for our room. Our luggage was also shuttled from another hotel and it was already in our room when we checked in! The view of my fuji was to die for さらに表示
