Hats off to the staff -- Michaella and Brandon, for going out of their way to attend to our extra needs -- from hot dining tips, to storing our bags after checkout, to giving us a ride to the station on their way out. Thanks guys! さらに表示

10-15 min walk to the ski lifts or bus stop. But a bit hard to walk carrying heavy ski equipment especially if the ground was covered in ice. Staff are very kind and helpful in assisting in arrangement for transport and restaurant reservations. Better to rent a car to travel around the area and dine out. さらに表示

From KUTCHAN JR, take a bus in from of JR station to Hiraful Welcome Center (360 Yen), then change to another bus from Hirafu Welcome Center to Annupuri Ski Resort area (450 Yen, 30-40 min). From Annapurit ski Gondola, walk along the road to the hotel, it's very difficult to for me to find a hotel (luckily I kept my wheel-luggage in the locker at JR Kutchan, otherwise, it'd be very difficult!) I came to Niseko in Feb 21, 2016, but I didn't go for skiing. Nothing at all in Annapuri for non-skier in winter, there is only resorts in the area. If you want to just visit Niseko, stay only in HIRAFU, as there are many restaurant and something to see. Annapuri is only for skier, and very far. The bus ANNAPURI to JR Kutchan start at 8.00am and I arrived at JR around 9.30am. For the hotel, the weired CANCELLATION condition of 60 days is not fair to traveller. I am sick and asked them to cancel the hotel with full refund, they refused. さらに表示
