フランス人八名と一緒に泊まりましたが、皆満足してくれているようでした。私自身も十分に楽しめました。私が「川のせせらぎ」と表現したら、 「むしろ急流の怒濤だね」と言い返され、それが印象的でした。川の音はもちろん、窓から見える豊かな緑が忘れられません。 さらに表示

You need to check this place out! It's located steps away from the bus stop (Take the bus here, walking from the closest metro station is around 15 mins, but if you have a lot of baggage, it's worth the couple extra bucks). We got the room with the open air bath, and it was perfect. It was a tad bit cold showering outside before/after the hot spring bath but having the open air bath was worth it because of the river view and it was so soothing and peaceful. You had to set up your own bedding but they had instructions and it was super easy. The dinner was also delicious, I highly recommend getting it. We were amazed at the quality of the Staff, location & value for money. We definitely will stay again. A massive bonus was that we had our own toilet and shower in our room - very hard to find in the area. Location was great - bus stop for the slopes 20 metres away, restaurants and convenience store within 5 minute walk (and some across a road - literally). Very nice place to celebrate our honeymoon especially with the private in-room onsen. However, was wondering how to shower especially when it's an open air bath onsen / bathroom where I had to shiver in the cold to shower. Staff are not extremely friendly also. Food wise are prepared everyday with a four course meal. Price is rather steep, I believe other onsens might be able to meet the same kind of room standard. さらに表示

Enjoyable and new experience in terms of the japanese style bed and bath. It will be better if each of the room come with an enclose bathroom beside the outdoor bath. During cold weather, small children unable to shower if the public bath is occupied. さらに表示

Reaching the hotel is not that easy. Japanse trains can drive you to insanity, but if you manage to get through it and face the giant spider infested train station, you will discover a beautiful place. The rooms seems out of time (except for the modern comfort of AirCon, Wifi and electricity) with a lot of personality. We had a river view balcony completely dampening the sound of the close road and adding to the serenity of the place. Food is outstanding. It seems pricey but it's in quantity AND in quality, with a lot of local dish (Hopefully, because there's no other place to eat around). The hot spring are really nice, staff is friendly (but night-shift staff is not so good with english) and you're close from the bus station to go for Mt Fuji Sightseeing. I will definitely come back when I want to escape again crazy city-life. さらに表示

This hotel is not right in the middle of Hakone-Yumoto, but is very easy to access through buses. Visitor can take bus at bus stop 'T' or 'H' to get to bus stop close to hotel. Another option is to take shutter bus (at bus stop 'C'), which will stop right infront of hotel. You can start your jurney after drop the luggage and walk to Tonosawa train station, get the map from hotel staff, this station is just 5 minutes walkfrom hotel. This hotel with Japanese old style living with tatami, no special bedroom, you need to lay your own bed. Room with private hot spring is excellent, you can enjoy the hot spring anytime you like, good experience. Must try the dinner at the hotel, is a bit costly, but very good food. さらに表示

Very convenient location and have frequent shuttle bus services. Staffs can speak good English. Staffs are very helpful and provide information to ease our holiday. The in house onsen is a good experience especially for first timer. Hotel has a private bath for family is an added point. Food is great and in fact the portion is too much and we can't finish. The hotel is very lovely with beautiful scenery & location. Very comfortable as the hotel provides all nesscessary amenities and facilities. Good private and shared Onsen. Very nice breakfast in traditional Japanese serving style. The dining room has a very beatiful greenery view. We stay together 3 persons in a room. The room is very cozy and spacious. From our room we can open the window and listen to the sound of small waterfall/ watercourse. Really love it. The service staff at the reception speak English very well and gave a very good information and explanation of customs for us while staying in this hotel. さらに表示

The hotel is only 3 stops away from Hakone Yumoto. It was easy to locate when we alight from the Tozan Bus Stop. The staff are warm and well versed in English. We enjoyed the onsen, both the public and private. There is a feet massager at the larger public onsen. The room in traditional ryokan style was comfortable and has a splendid view of a river. we stay in a traditional roykan with excellent view especially the autumn leaves with the running stream outside the room is already value for money. breakfast was good although reception can only converse minimal english. private bath is a great option but the timing of 30mins is too short to enjoy the bath. on the whole, this is good for family with children although to access to the roykan via train, you need to walk some steep slope which may be slippery during winter. さらに表示

This onsen ryokan is the highlight of our entire trip in Japan. Loved every minute spent in this place. + Location is within walking distance from Tonosawa station, which is 1 train stop from Hakone-yumoto. However you’ll have to carry luggage down a few staircases. Another way to reach this ryokan is by taking bus from either Hakone-yumoto or Odawara; the nearest bus stop is about 200m away. + There is also another bus stop about 50m from the ryokan that will take you to Moto-hakone (Lake Ashi and Hakone Shrine). + The staff is incredibly welcoming, especially those in the restaurant. + The room is spacious enough and comfy. + Price point is really competitive compared to similar ryokans in the area. I think they offer great value for money. - We rented a room with private bath and even though we were very happy overall, we wished the bath was a bit bigger. It was barely enough for 2 persons (and both of us are small size). - The ryokan is sort of on a mountain so no shop/restaurant is within walking distance. But this is very minor as the ryokan has almost everything, and you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. さらに表示

super love the Japanese tatami floor bed room. we spent a night there with our own private open air onsen, so glad that I booked it. Do take the hakone tozan bus, only 5mins ride and bus stop is jus outside the hotel (kami-tonosawa stop). don't use train. the only downside is the hotel doesn't hv an elevator. so do come with a light backpack rather than a huge heavy luggage. さらに表示

I stayed at this traditional hot spring hotel in a Japanese style room with a bathroom. The room is big and you could enjoy the hot spring at you room. The price is reasonable. The staff were nice, they helped us to carried the baggage into the room, we were appreciated. Highly recommended! さらに表示

Overall is very good. I stay for one night with private bathroom and river view.. but too bad is raining day when I was there.. I took the train to the hotel then I lost and alot of staircases have to walk.. somemore I carried with a big luggage make me very tired and sweaty.. my suggestion is take bus to the hotel is better cos walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel to avoid the staircases... the dinner is nice (is a Japanese style dinner) but I missed the breakfast time so no comment on the breakfast😂😂 さらに表示

We stayed at the place for 1 nite. Location is great. We took bus no. 3 from Hakone Yumoto Station. Since we had the 3 days pass, we didn't have to pay. We got off at the 3rd stop Kami-Tonosawa. The hotel is right there. Our room had an open air bath. It was great. Room was spacious and clean. We had the river view. Dinner was okay. We made a good choice to pay extra for the sashimi boat which was good. Service at front desk could be better. The receptionist was a bit cool.
