非常に満足
食事もおいしく、きれいな部屋でのんびり過ごせました。かしこまりすぎず、リラックスもできる感じの宿です。露天風呂はなかったのですが、冬で雨天ということもありまったく気になりませんでした。

箱根全般に言えることだと思いますが、予算があまりないと古いホテル旅館しかないかもしれません。このホテルは、改装前は昭和ただようホテルですが部屋内や食事する場所は改装されていて景色もよく気持ちよく過ごせます。その他の設備は古いので特に温泉は一の湯ホテルのものを利用するといいと思います。値段にしては、充分楽しめました。 さらに表示

Location is ok which is only 100m walk from bus stop (Kami Tonosawa) which is 3 stops away from Hakone Yumoto St. The river view from my room is superb and very relaxing especially at night. The room was newly refurbished and it’s so comfortable and clean. They served tradional Japanese breakfast which is something interesting to me. Highly recommended. さらに表示

location ok. 2 station from hakone yumoto station. suggest take bus to the hotel. 3rd bus stop alight. once alight carry on walking on the same direction the bus moving. then less than 1 min u see your hotel on the right side. can have onsen together with your family or love one after 10. as after 10pm the boys and gals onsen will be only open to hotel guest. so the keys will be hang near the lobby. so when u see the key meaning one of the room is available for u to use. breakfast and dinner is very good. thumb up さらに表示

Stayed one night, big spacious room with beautiful view. Bathroom slightly old. The onsen was pretty good. We also went to another sister hotel onsen nearby to experience outdoor onsen. Nice helpful staff in both hotels, highly recommended さらに表示

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from hakone yumoto, however, most part has no pedestrian path and the road is narrow hence made it slightly dangerous to talk especially with luggages. The room is good size, a bit old but with great river view. Their services were excellant. Dinner was fanstastic, really enjoyed it. さらに表示

We love the view from room to forest and stream. Breakfast is nice. Not far from Yumoto Hakone station. Only take 5mn taxi about 7-8$ to get to the hotel. Love hot spring at the hotel & their sister hotel nearby. Best part is we can have our private hot spring for 45mn. さらに表示

Traditional Japanese style breakfast is very nice but you have one hour, 8:00-9:00am. The hotel staffs are nice. About 5 minutes by bus from Hakone-yumoto train station. It's not easy to find the hotel. You can 1 minutes walk from the bus stop, about 30 meters that you have to walk on the road (no foot path), it's quite dangerous because of the downhill road. さらに表示

This hotel has postcard views and is a good value for the money. There is an in-town shuttle directly to and from the hotel for 100 Yen (about $1). The service is excellent and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. さらに表示

there isn't any signboard leading to this hotel from the tonosawa station.
tonosawa station is near but it's located uphill and be prepare to drag your luggage down a few steps before reaching the road level. after descending down the path from the station, turn right and walk about 300m. the hotel's signboard is not strategically located and can be easily missed.
the room is pretty big and the beds are clean and comfy.

With the price that we booked, that was pretty good as included both breakfast and dinner. The meals are good and with big potion. During the dinner, the drink are all you can drink. Room is pretty old, the location is not that convenient but it's a nice and quiet area which is good to relax and have a retreat there さらに表示

Would stay again. Unfortunately a little out of the way of city so its about 15 min walk to closest restaurant. If eating late would recommend just reserving with dinner option. If you buy hakone free pass you can take bus from hakone-yumoto station and the hotel is maybe 50m away. Or you can use hotel shuttle which stops right in front of hotel and is 100 yen. さらに表示

Quite a price to the hotel by the bus which you have to pay for it if you stop at the last JR station. The price of the bus drive is not cheap either. The hotel scenery in the morning is quite nice if you have the window river room. The staff is helpful. One plus thing is you can have a private on-sen experience after 10 p.m. You just have to keep looking for the keys. さらに表示

however hotel name was hard for the tourists or bus captain at the shuttle to pronouce or understand so some guests had prob communicating with the captain when he asked which hotel they r staying. さらに表示

Tonosawa is one stop away from the main hub, Hakone-Yumoto Station. There are options on getting to this hotel either via Hakone Tozan Railway (free with Freepass, but you have to walk to the hotel) or a shuttle that stops on hotels around town (100¥ to ride one way and it stops in front of the hotel). We enjoyed our stay at Tonosawa QS. It was peaceful and very relaxing. We had the Superior River View room and we loved watching the scenery. The room is the biggest we've stayed at in Japan and was very clean. Our dinner and breakfast for 2 nights' stay were really good! We were also able to use private onsen (first come, first serve after 10PM). Staff was also friendly. We would book this hotel again if we go back and I also recommend it! さらに表示

The hotel has stunning river and mountain views. The bathroom and beds are very clean. When we were there it's not busy so I have the entire lady's onsen by myself without reservation (free). The hotel staff are the most kind and welcoming ones I met in this trip (stayed in four hotels). Japanese style breakfast is fantastic!
