良い
マンションのワンルームに滞在する形の民泊で、ホテルのようなサービスはありません。最寄り駅が大阪メトロ恵美須町駅で徒歩約7分、通天閣や新世界まで徒歩約5分です。立地の割に価格は良心的だと思います。真正面に天王寺動物園と高速道路が走っています。通天閣が見える側の部屋に滞在しましたが、意外と夜も騒音は気になりませんでした。部屋には冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ガスコンロがありましたが、肝心なフライパンや鍋が置いて無かった点が残念でした。トイレはウォシュレットでしたが、故障?(常に止ランプがついたまま)なのか、一度も利用できませんでした。また、部屋にいる時に、原因不明の火災報知器の誤作動があり、早朝からかなり慌てました。フロントデスクも閉まっている時間だったので、ネットで調べて、自力で報知器を停止させるに至ったのは非常に困りました！！マンション玄関のセキュリティはオートロック式なので安心です。慣れていない人は少し戸惑うかもしれません。あとホテルのようなアメニティもありません。小さめのバスタオル、シャンプー類はありますが、それ以外の歯ブラシ等は持参が必要です。ベッドメイキングも滞在中はありません。ホテルのようなサービスを期待せず、価格と立地、寝るだけ重視の方にはオススメです！今回はビジネスで利用させてもらいましたが、機会があればまた利用したいと思います。 さらに表示

墓参り時の宿泊で利用しました。いわゆるワンルームマンションの造りで各部屋3人で計6人でしたが静かで快適でした。冷蔵庫、コンロもあり宿泊だけなら十分です。ただ通常のホテルサービスはありません。 さらに表示

We stayed around 7 nights, nice location and receptionists. Walk from Ebisucho about five minutes only. Quiet at night, relaxing tatami, good enough information that the hostel gave us. 😁 Good experiences! さらに表示

(+) The hotel location is about 800m from Shin Imamiya JR stat, 600m from Midosuji metro subway (easy acces by loop line gor JR pass holder or metro pass holder). The staff is very nice, communicative, good speaking english, and very helpfull. The room is clean and comfort. The facilities are very good. Around the hotel there are many japanese restaurant. And also closed to the famous old Tsukenkaku tower (-) You must learn more about shinsekai area (but from our experience we recommend this hotel) さらに表示

Only 2 or 3 blocks away from Shinsekai/Tsutenkaku Tower, and a short walk to JR Shin-Imamiya station which connects you to JR Osaka, and then JR Shin-Osaka. Shin-Imamiya station is very convenient for JR Rail Pass holders as it also connects you to Nara via JR Nara station which is a must visit if travelling to Osaka. As for the hotel, I really like the japanese style apartment I booked. Compact, but totally functional (but no using the gas stove). The tatami floor was a very nice Japanese touch, and you can sleep on some cushions you can lay out on the tatami. The reception people were so generous when I asked to borrow some utensils. I wish I stayed longer here, and I highly recommend the hotel. さらに表示

I got tired looking for the location of the hotel. To give an idea. Exit no. 3 at Subway Ebisucho station then 5-8 mins walk from the exit. The room and facilities were good enough for traveller who just need to get somewhere to sleep. Specially not shared bathroom. Will definitely recommend this place. さらに表示

Location is very convenient for those who plan to go back to kansai airport. Only 2 station from subway to tengahchaya airport train. Feel great that I checked in at 10am when there had a free unit and no need to wait for 3pm. No need to leave at the counter and can take a rest there before we go out. About 10 min working distance from the subway and easy access to any place in osaka by subway さらに表示

+ : 5mnts distance from ebisucho st, just steps away from tsutenkaku tower, easy to find food nearby this guesthouse. I came late and reception were already close, they put my name at the reception door and informed us the room number, the room wasn't locked so we can go inside.. self check in at its best! - : nothing さらに表示

Loved the place, the location, basically everything about it. Our flight was delayed coming in and the guy at the office waited for us till 11:30 without knowing whether we were gonna show up or not -- super nice guy too. 24 hrs super market 10 mins walk away -- real actual super market, not convenience store. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially when my husband had a slight medical problem. I wanted a Japanese experience so we slept on the floor on the futons which wasn't bad but from the pictures of the building I felt deceived, or you get what you pay for. The building was built during the 1960,s ? and the reception room was remodeled to look traditional, but that was just the facade. The building is next to a highway and there was freeway type noise all night. The train station was close by, but the part of town was industrial. Yelp had some ideas for restaurants near by. Really affordable and with full facilities. Yes it comes with a mini kitchen, microwave, fridge and off kettle. Anyway you just make sure you're Not as tall as me as everything is rather tiny, tatami bed and nice cosy room ...Like it! Close to a near by Tower and eateries,so many good foods around.
