Hotel - Acceptable condition with great onsen Food-Dinner is great but if there is few option for dinner set will be even better Onsen-A variety of pools. Indoor n outdoor. Very nice view from room which looking to Lake Toya, it has fireworks on lake at 845PM we can enjoy the fireworks by sitting in room with cup of hot tea. Tatami is comfortable, dinner in hotel is not buffet style, sashimi is not fresh, oden is cold and taste weird. Onsen is super nice for both indoor and outdoor さらに表示

Staff were all slightly rude, probably due to the amount of tourists they churn in that place every day. There was a reunion from China with 100 people that was in our dining hall that we shared with for every meal which was not pleasant to sit immediately next to. The downstairs halls had two large parties with groups of over 100 guests each. If you are looking for a more personalized experience, this probably isn't the best hotel for you. They do have a shuttle bus to the airport for 500 yen that needs to be reserved in advance, so please take advantage of this if you stay here! さらに表示

Beautiful view of lake toya from the room. The onsen was good and had a small outdoor onsen. There's a convenience shop opposite the hotel too. The staff was helpful to help us make a booking for the bus that goes to Niseko via Rusutsu. さらに表示

booked their tatami room and had a awesome room view of lake toya! everything's well organized. dinner and breakfast was not bad. booked their private onsen to try out and was given 50 mins included shower. could be better if its 1 hour so it would not be rush. overall, twas a good stay! :) さらに表示

Located in front of Toya Lake, but the lobby / front office located on the other side of building, cannot enter from Lake side. Have a great view of Lake, unfortunatelly we got a rain shower in the evening so cannot enjoy the area at night. Have a good small indoor and outdoor onsen for guest. Enjoy the Japanese style dinner. Good hotel to stay in although the dinner was not as good as expected, the hotel caters to large tour groups from China, and you can guess the crowd and trying to cater to such large groups. Onsen was good, and view from hotel room to the lake was scenic & great さらに表示

The staffs were so friendly, helpful and polite. The Japanese buffet was very big portion and delicious. Hotel also served our prebooked birthday cake. Big and clean room. We asked for a higher floor and non-smoking room. Good view, can see the lake just from our room window. The hotel is providing toiletries, including lotion, hair treatment cream, etc. Our room is included dinner and breakfast, the foods are good, many varieties of selections. Location is great, with room windows facing Toya Lake. Stayed in western-style room and the room was huge. We are able to clearly view the evening fireworks at the comfort of our room. Love this hotel because of the location and scenic view. The onsen facility is also good, huge with complete amenities: soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, hair tonic, you name it! Free pickup shuttle service from Toya station to the hotel. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Had a really nice view of lake toya from my room. Fireworks display at night was magnificent. The hotel offers a nice Japanese set dinner and buffet breakfast which came with the room. It offers nice lake view and has an onsen for hand outside the hotel. The lake was just 2 mins walk away and you could enjoy nightly fireworks display during summer. さらに表示

We booked the family room w dinner served :) room size was okay with maybe 3/4 big luggages. balcony overlooked the beautiful lake toya! slept tatami style, shower and toilet were separated so it was quite convi if you have a number of ppl sharing the room :) fireworks cruise was within 5 mins walk. Plus point as lake toya is quite a distance from the JR station, they have free transfer to the station when you check out but only until 11am, and if you reach after 2pm, you can call the hotel to request for transfer. There is chinese speaking staff who can help if you cant speak jap, overall a luxurious stay :) さらに表示
