Sapporo Classic ビール飲みたかったが自販機が売切れ。フロントに聴くと近くのコンビニを紹介された。目くじら立てる話では無いがサービス業の自覚が弱いのでは？多忙な運用に対応出来て無いのかな？ さらに表示

山側のシングルは湖が見えない代わりにとても安く、一人旅の私には大変有難かったです。ロビーに湖側の出口があって湖に直結しているので、部屋から見えなくても問題はありませんでした。ホテル全体が広すぎないので、大浴場にもレストランにも自由に移動できるし、お客様が多かったのに関わらず、食事時間もかなり自由に選べたので、たっぷり観光してからお風呂に入って花火に間に合うように食事することができ、よかったです。バイキングもとても美味しく、レストランから洞爺湖も眺望でき、最高でした。これでコインランドリーがあればいう事ないのですが。ということで、設備・サービスだけ四つ星にさせて頂きました。是非ご検討ください。また、洞爺湖に行く機会があったら是非宿泊したいです。 さらに表示

部屋も風呂もきれいで部屋からのロケーションも抜群でした。スタッフの対応もよかったです。 残念なことは夜中の12時に誤作動で火災警報器が作動し叩き起こされた事。朝食の際ご飯が空っぽでしばらく待たされた事。 ホテル業界も人手不足なのでしょう。席は満席で明らかにスタッフの数が足りない感じがしました。スタッフの感じがよかっただけに少し残念です。　 さらに表示

The bath tub is really small and you'd keep touching the shower curtains which is annoying. The room is okay, do get the lake view room as it seems nicer. The onsen water is really greenish and seems dirty. The outdoor bath is worst! There were lots of dead mosquitoes inside it at night! There's a free bicycle for usage if you like. If you're taking the bus from toya station, stop at motomachi station, which is just in front of the hotel. さらに表示

Booked this hotel in order to watch the firework display. The display was satisfactory though not exactly spectacular. The freshness of the seafood section (dinner) was quite a disappointment. The blankets in room seemed to be un-sunned for a while and smelled a little musty. Overall, location is the only lure factor. さらに表示

Tranquil place with panorama view. Toya is quite far from Sapporo but not difficult to go. This hotel is located at lake thus you can closely see lake view in room.(sure,you have to select room type lake view too.) Dinner and Breakfast included and I enjoyed the meal there. さらに表示

We have booked a tatami style room with lake view. The lake view was indeed breathtaking. The room size was large and comfortable. It has an indoor and outdoor onsen. The outdoor onsen availability alternates daily between male and female. Therefore if you are only there for a night, you or your partner might not be able to enjoy it. Breakfast and dinner were served more like in a cafeteria style. The presentation of food and the decor of the restaurant can be improved. Staff were friendly. There is a bus stop just next to the hotel. If you take a Donan bus, you can request it to stop at the hotel instead of the Toyako Onsen bus terminal. We booked a Donan bus straight from Sapporo Station. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay. さらに表示

I think the hotel are in the great location for looking lake view, and we went to found first snow of winter season that here so we are very impress. another all the meals, it's great tradition foods look like normal but so amazing taste plus great service of all staffs then every our meals are very happy. It is a bit old but still acceptable. Staff are friendly, room is tidy and clean. Great view of Lake Toya and we are able to watch the Hanabi by just stood on the balcony. While there are a lot of insects, I am not quite used to it. It is just few minutes walk to the hot spring street and the front of Lake Toya. With in room WiFi, private toilet and bathroom. Free bicycles for hotel guests. Both indoor n outdoor onsen. Good location only 3 mins walk to bus stop from Sapporo. For less than SG$120 both dinner and breakfast are inclusive. I would say both the buffet spread are very generous. さらに表示

We stayed in high floor lake view room which has a beautiful scenery of Toya lake and a pleasant view of fireworks from my room. The only negative for the room is it has strange smell (may be from the bamboo wooden floor or something) but bearable. The dinner, breakfast buffet included in the room price is average. It's an aged hotel but the room were huge and spacious with a great view of the fireworks right in front of you. Dinner and breakfast was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Gave us tips to travel and what to look out for in the area. Really nice stay. さらに表示

We stayed for only one night. The value was very good, the onsen has good facilities. The room was very comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were also good. The staff are very friendly. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that every room has a balcony and sliding doors with a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains - most of the other hotels in the area don’t appear to have this possibility. The room was huge, cozy and spacious, and comes with a spectacular view of lake Toya, to our great delight! We took long walks by the lake just beside the hotel and witnessed brilliant sunset. It was beautiful and romantic. The Lake has a lot of activities for children and adults especially in summer, not so much when we were there in Spring. Although hotel is old, it’s still cosy and value for money esp for full-board stay. Got lake-facing room - view was fantastic. The onsen is good. There’s only 1 outdoor onsen, so they rotate between men and women daily. Wide varieties of items for breakfast and dinner buffet. さらに表示

The town of toya-onsen is relatively small, so although the hotel is at the end of the road it's still assessible to most places by foot. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful dispite not being able to speak fluent English, but in the end all requests are met. The buffet dinner is reasonably good for the price, but the best thing of the hotel is its rooms. I must say the view of the lake (of course the room must be facing the lake) from the room is amazing, and it's very cosy and clean. It's a semi modern japanese room. And the bus stop just a minute walking distance from the hotel was a big bonus. さらに表示
