アクセスよかったのですが、スタッフの対応が最悪。喫煙室を誤って予約してしまっており変更は難しいかお尋ねしたところ、いや予約は喫煙室なので…と怪訝そうな顔で対応。もう少し対応の仕方があると思うのですが。後から消臭対応していただけましたが、その対応ですごく嫌な気持ちになりました。満室等の事情はあると思いますが、スタッフの対応の改善、お願いしたいです。 さらに表示

綺麗に掃除されていますが、なんせ建物が古いので、気になる人は不向きです。鍵もカードキーではなく、なつかしいキーホルダー式。スタッフ対応も可もなく不可もなくというところです。 さらに表示

In my room, there was a spray bottle of air freshener that was complimentary for use - listed usage includes freshening of room, curtains, clothes and shoes. I don't normally use air freshener but the green tea scent was irresistible. I used the air freshener for my clothes, shoes and the hotel wardrobe. It was a good alternative to my perfume. さらに表示

Hotel is five minutes walk from Hakata station. Perfect for short stay or train transfer. Room is reasonably spacious for a semi-double room. soundproofing is good, couldn't hear any noise from corridor or other rooms. Staff are friendly, they provide efficient service in storing luggage and getting them to guests. Vending machines located at the lift lobby is a big bonus. さらに表示

Despite it's center of the city, it was quiet and clean.
for 2 days and 3 nights, it was very satisfactory to be in the hotel.

The hotel is located in a good location in the central of the city, you can walk to Fukuoka station and shops around. The price is quite OK. The service sounds good especially for backpacker like me. Breakfast is mostly in Japanese style, expect some American breakfast next time. I think that this hotel will be the first choice for me in Fokuoka next time. さらに表示

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive hotel, that is close to everything in Fukuoka, the Toyo Hotel near Hakata Station is a great choice. There is nothing fancy, and the rooms have no views, but who wants to go to Fukuoka to sit in a hotel room? It is perfect at the price and convenience, as a base of operations for your adventures in and around the city. How was the hotel restaurant? Who cares? I don't travel to eat at hotels. I travel to see and do things and to grab a bite wherever I am. I didn't eat at the hotel, but I do know that there are fantastic restaurants in the immediate vicinity including, a vegetarian restaurant, a fresh pasta and salad place, a great Indian restaurant where one sits in one's own jitney to eat.
The Toyo hotel will be my choice when I again get to Fukuoka. さらに表示
Went there for a night stay with my wife. First of all, had to argue with Hotel staff to get us a non smoking room as we booked one but during check-in the hotel staff said they only have smoking room. Somehow after arguing, the non smoking room became available.
Asked them if they have air conditioning to cool the room down, they said they only have heater working. How are you gonna feel comfort in a boiling room.
