博多どんたくの時期と重なり、このホテルしか空室が無かったので今回宿泊しました。 一般的なビジネスホテルだと思います。 博多駅までの往復送迎があるのと、ホテルから空港までの無料送迎がある（事前予約制）があったことは有難かったのです。 部屋は清潔で必要最低限のアメニティは揃っています。 部屋の電波が最悪です。電波がほとんど入らず違う部屋に宿泊していた友人とは客室内での内線電話で連絡を取り合っていました。 さらに表示

タクシーで行きましたので駅からの距離がわかりませんが、お部屋は静かで清潔。乳液を忘れたので、フロントで頂いたパックがとてもありがたかったです。空調も静かで気になりませんでしたし、お部屋の窓が完全遮光でゆっくり眠れました。 寝坊したので朝食を頂けなかったのですが、次回は朝食も体験したいです。 さらに表示

ホテルの対応も、内装も価格に対しては十二分で広さも通常のビジネスホテルとしては問題ありませんでした。 しかし、ロケーションが博多駅にも天神にも中洲にも少し距離があり、時間の関係上タクシーで移動してしまいました。 さらに表示

　博多駅から歩いて１２～１３分ほどですが、送迎バスに乗れたので荷物がある時は助かりました。狭いのは仕方ありませんが、清潔でしたし必要なものも揃っていましたから不満はありません。スタッフの皆さんも感じが良かったので、メンバーズカードをつくりました。また利用したいので、これからも快適なホテルをキープしてください。 さらに表示

This hotel has a great location . It’s near everywhere . From the airport and hakata station . Hotel also offer shuttle service so it’s very convenient going to the station and picking up until late night going back to hotel. You can save transpo if you decide to stay Toyoko Inn. They also serve free breakfast . Breakfast is really healthy and delicious. . The hotel staff is very accommodating and they can assist you everything you want to know about the area also the tour . The room is a bit small but it’s okay , the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. But the best for me is the Hakata Ramen !!! There is a RAMEN STADUIM in Canal City ( its near the station ) so you can choose special ramen from different places in Japan . Thank you Toyoko inn for your excellent service . The shuttle to the hotel was right outside the station exit but I was looking for the "police sign" that was mentioned in the directions (it wasn't there). Other than that initial hiccup, the shuttle was reliable and convenient. The hotel itself was comfortable, walking distance to a good local supermarket "Mr Max". First, it was hard to find this place since there's another hotel with the EXACT same name, except this one has "Minami" in it. So I went to the wrong hotel the first time. From that one to this one, I walked about 20+ minutes. They need to call the names different, for sure. It's about a 15-18 min walk from Hakata station. When I arrived, the lady didn't seem to know how to check me in. Just because I was a foreigner, she didn't seem to know what she was doing. Also, I later found out that there was a free shuttle to and from the station, but she neglected to tell me about it. Even when I left, I just walked to the station by myself. The room was average quality for a one person, that's about it. The WiFi was a bit slow, but maybe because I was on the highest floor. Overall, OK. さらに表示
