受付けがいつも人不足？ ２人はいるものの、1人はずっと予約の電話を受けていて、その間チェックイン、チェックアウトを待つゲストが、ただただ待たされた。予約仕事なら裏でしてくれ。ビジネス客には無駄な待ち時間で、そこだけは呆れた。それ以外は用途や金額を考えるなら、そこそこで満足するゲストが多いのだろうから、大きな不満はなかったのだが•••。 さらに表示

アゴダで予約したからか、外国人客との連絡を受けていたようで、チェックインに時間がかかりました。対応してくださったスタッフの方は丁寧に対応してくれましたが、予約センターの方に問題があるのか、支払いに関してもクレジット決裁が行われていることが伝わっていなかったりと、システム的な問題があるように思えました。工事中ということもあり、部屋でWifiが使えなかったのにはかなり困りました。 さらに表示

朝食の品数が少ないな、と感じました。 以前滞在した他の東横イン（大阪や横浜）では、もう少し豊富だったと記憶しています。 エアコンも快適で、風呂も広く清潔で、良く眠れたので、滞在は快適でした。 さらに表示

We traveled as a couple but had our own rooms. It worked out great and the staff who spoke little English was very helpful. I would stay here again. The bus lines were convenient and had no problem navigating the city. さらに表示

すごく良い
It was definitely a good stay in Kyoto. The hotel is walking distance to many places, from the main Kyoto Station, to the nikishi market and other touristy area. There is the FamilyMart next to the hotel which is very convenient for you to get anything. The room size is ok, clean and pretty cozy for a single traveler. I was certainly glad to find the washer and dryer at the lobby, as they are so much needed especially when u are travelling for a few weeks and had dirty stinky clothes. Staffs were friendly and tried they best to communicate in English. Buffet breakfast(consist of rice, vege, curry, mixed vege, miso soup, bread and coffee/green tea) are provided even though i didnt book for breakfast during my booking. Thankful for that :) Certainly a place i will consider coming back for my next trip to Kyoto :) さらに表示

Terrible. On agoda, I specify "must be a non smoking room", but I was given a smoking room. They said the hotel was full so cannot change to a non smoking room! The smell was terrible! I felt sick the whole night. さらに表示
