A very popular hotel due to its location, just next to train station. Free breakfast but it feels like a war zone. Tried once and I skip it for the rest of my stay. Staff service varies but generally very cold. さらに表示

we go for honeymoon - hotel provide us twin bed. staff is not helpful and also not smiling. nothing much to say. JR Miyazaki station is only 5 minutes. if you are tourist, you must contact Tour information counter at station, very helpful staff at counter (not belongs to hotel). have room to improve
(1) we booked two non-smoking rooms through agoda but the staff said that they received no such information and could not arrange. Instead, they gave us the air cleaner spray. Luckily, the room is OK and we didn't need to use the spray.

unfortunately, we reserved two rooms for my family, but the staff arranged rooms of different floors for us. We were told the hotel booking are full and could not arrange rooms on the same floor =( さらに表示
