The room was small but clean, the location was good and plenty of eating places around the hotel. The downside was, if you don't speak or know any Japanese you won't get any help from the Front desk because non of them can speak or understand any English. I was not allowed to get into my room during the mid morning because the cleaning hour was between 10am-4pm. I tried to explain that I need to use the bathroom urgently and need to pick up something from my room. Affirmative No from the staff. I asked her to ring her Head Office, so I can talk to anyone who can speak English, she didn't know the telephone number. It was the.worse experience I ever encountered with a hotel. さらに表示
