伊豆に旅行行ってそのまま帰るのはもったいないから小田原で1泊する為に探してこちらに滞在しました。 みなさん書いてましたが、早めに着いて駐車場に車が2台だけだったから止められるかと思ってフロントの方に聞きに行ったら、全て連泊の方で埋まっていると言われがっかり。少し歩きますが小田原市営の駐車場(24h¥1,000)に停めに行きました。 朝ごはんは、7時ちょっと前に1階に降りると20人くらい並んでいましたがそんなに待たないでテーブルまで辿り着いてバイキングの朝ごはん食べれました。 わたし的にはお風呂の天井から出るシャワーがすごい気持ちよかったです。 さらに表示

4 minutes walk from Odawara station, 10 minutes walk to Odawara castle. Good place for overnight to explore Hakone area. Room is clean, bed is a bit hard but comfortable. Stayed for 7 nights for my Tokyo trip. The hotel staffs are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Location is convenient. Nearest station is Kamata Station. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay throughout our Tokyo trip. Will come back again, if i am coming to Tokyo. さらに表示

Value for money..and the room is so clean..the hotel is new..and the most important is very near with subway station odawara..just -+200m..and have a mall and family mart around there..so i think is very good location and value for money..even the staff can't too much speaking English but no worries...just use Google translate for solve your problems... さらに表示

3 min walk from odawara train and bus stations. We arrived at 1 PM from Tokyo and the staff was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at the concierge which gave us ample time to explore odawara. Room was clean and big enough for us. Breakfast was inclusive of the room charge.There were laundry machines and a dryer . It was a very good starting point for the hakone loop and gotemba premium outlet because of its proximity to the stations. さらに表示

I did not stay in this hotel eventually as there was a mistake in my booking and I tried to clarify with the staff but she was unable to communicate in English at all which made us very frustrated and helpless. We asked to borrow a phone at the very least so we could make a call to Agoda but was rejected indicating that the hotel does not have a phone but that's not the case. She did not understand us when we were asking where we could find a public phone too so we ended up leaving, forfeiting our stay and went to another hotel. A staff who's able to communicate in basic English to tourists could really help. さらに表示

Loved this new Toyoko Inn. Double room had comfortable big bed 160cm with space to walk around three sides easily and store big luggage under the bed. No step up into bathroom. Rain shower was great. Retractable clothesline. Quiet, convenient walk to station and castle. Breakfast adequate, nice toast with marmalade. Stored luggage for return stay for free.complimentary DHC face mask for ladies. Few minuites from the station, free breakfast has limited choices but its complete. Room was bigger than i expected for a japanese hotel. Very near odawara castle. Lots of dinning option around the hotel. Good base for hakone and gotemba tour using hakone free pass, new and cheaper alternative for the hotels in hakone yumoto さらに表示

Because it is a newly opened hotel they had a special half price discount on the rooms, but I’d already made a reservation for ¥6000 with Agoda, so I couldn’t get the discount. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Nevertheless it’s a very nice hotel. さらに表示
