This is a simple business hotel at Osaka. Trains or subway stations are within walking distance, and we could find the hotel quite easily. There are ample of shops and eateries nearby but the streets weren't crowded when we visited. The room was clean too. さらに表示

Located in the heart of the old town, Shinsekai, Toyoko Inn is a perfect place to roam around the place and also it's not far from the station. Only 2 stations away from Namba and restaurants are within reach. Wi-fi and toiletries are available. Overall, very comfortable stay. さらに表示

I booked a non-smoking room. Non-smoking room requests were sent at the time of booking. When I check in, Hotel gave me a smoke smell very strong room. I responded to the hotel this problem. Hotel immediately help me to change a room. However, the room have a musty flavor very strong. I checked the room equipment, Air conditioner filter has a thick cotton flocks and dust. I think it may be a musty source. I did not use air conditioning until check out. The food residue left on the equipment description directory of the room, and sticky touch feel. This hygiene was not clean. I booked 3 day of the room, But I received a phone call at the second day morning 9 o'clock am that housekeeping notice to clean the room. I inform the hotel reception and present my order form, Hotel front desk to make amendments on the computer. My room card was be locked on the second night, I once again find the hotel reception desk to unlock the room card. I felt very angry , this was a terrible experience. さらに表示

Room and toilet are bigger than I expected.clean and comfortable bed . That's emergency alarm testing in the morning which I have not been notice, and it's disturbing my sleep. Also the calling for asking the time for room clear up, was a little bit strange . Should there provide the notice which can hang out/stick to note there is no need to clean? さらに表示

Great location, two metro lines minutes away, easy reach to Namba, Shinsaibashi and Umeda. One stop from Tennoji station which has express service from/to Kansai Airport. Plenty of restaurants and bars at door step, great atmosphere. The room itself is compacted yet there is everything you need. Staff are friendly and easy to approach. The hotel was near a duty-free shopping mall and major train station. Staff was helpful and allow us to deposit out luggage twice, and provides umbrella when it was raining. However, the hotel room was small for 2 luggages, and the streets were quiet past 9pm. さらに表示
