JR・地下鉄駅が近くて便利。徒歩5分位でした。駅周辺は、コンビニ・スーパー・アーケード街があり、買い物・食事に困りませんでした。 1番良かったのは朝食が付いていた事です。おにぎり数種類ありました。おかず・お味噌汁は温かくておいしかったです。パンも何種類かありました。コーヒー・ジュース・お茶も飲めて、大満足でした。 お部屋もきれいで、アメニティもしっかり揃っていました。 この価格で、朝食の付き駅からも近くとても良かったです。次回も利用したいと思いました。 さらに表示

Staff is very helpful, friendly & always smile. The room is quiet with comfortable bed, good shower, functioning & quiet air-con etc. The only downside is that most of the instructions are in Japanese, the aircon remote control, the toilet ‘ bidet ‘ so we have to trial & error to get it right. What I like most about this hotel is the location which is a 5-minute walk to the train station and the value for money. Given the expensive cost of living in Japan, I believe this hotel will give you a reasonable hotel price with breakfast. Though, the room and amenities is basic, this hotel is still a great find when visiting Osaka. さらに表示

The substation is far away from the main attractions and requires several changes of the subway. Requested for a non-smoking room, but other occupants on the same floor was smoking and the smoke seep through to our room. さらに表示

Very comfortable stay, toilet was especially clean and brilliantly designed. Despite having a very small room, i was still rather comfortable. The price is much lower than most hotels in Osaka, greatly recommend this hotel. Do book early to avoid disappointment さらに表示

I had such high hopes for our night in this hotel. I arrived late with a tired baby and we were both eager to sleep. The staff was lovely, and we even got some complimentary goodies for being female guests (I recommend the tiny loofah and face mask, but the avoid the hair clip unless you have only five hairs to hold back as it's very weak). I was pleased with the location as it was very near a subway station and only a 10-minute walk to the US Consulate and about 20 to JR Osaka Umeda. I was so excited to get into the nice big double bed and get some much-needed rest, but all my hopes flew out the window when I felt the mattress. It was hard as a rock. It literally felt like sleeping on top of a thick blanket on a hardwood floor. It took over an hour to get my daughter to fall somewhat asleep, but she tossed and turned so much that she ended up upside-down on the bed. I hardly fared better, and awoke with a sore hip (from sleeping on my side), back, and neck. The complimentary breakfast looked great, but we didn't have time to enjoy it since she was so fussy and exhausted. The donut I grabbed and ate as we rushed out the door was good, though... Bottom line: if you like sleeping on very stiff mattresses, this hotel will be perfect for you. But if you need more comfort, I highly recommend somewhere else. さらに表示

enjoyed my 3 days stay in Osaka in this hotel, not exactly very near to the metro but still walkable. a few good restaurants nearby, convenient for late dinners. although breakfast was not including via agoda booking, they provide free simple ones for the guests. room was spacious enough, clean and neat. さらに表示

staff were generally friendly and accomodating; however, most couldn't speak english so it was difficult to communicate although breakfast was free (up to a certain time), the choices were the same everyday so we eventually just ate outside the hotel near the subway station, convenience stores and restaurants さらに表示

we only stayed a night. although we arrived late, check in was quite fast. we were advised of the free breakfast for the next day. unfortunately, there wasn't much food variety so we didn't enjoy it very much. but if it's free, i probably can't complain ;) the twin room was quite small. さらに表示
