東横インはスタッフを女性だけにして優しさと気配りをアピールしたいようだけど、ここはダメ。 ちょうど中国人団体客が多く宿泊していたためかも知れないけれど、フロントスタッフの人はみんな笑顔が無く対応がぶっきらぼうでがっかりした。 軽い会話を楽しまず、ビジネスホテルとして宿泊するなら改札出てから1分で、目の前にコンビニ、駅から2階に直接つながっている24時間営業の西友と便利この上ない。 設備は価格を考えれば当然及第点。清潔に保たれているハウスキーピングも良い。 さらに表示

外国人の団体客が多く、壁が薄く眠れなかった。他の部屋の人がドアを閉める度、ものすごい爆音がする。バスルームの下水が臭かった。風呂に入っていても臭い。エアコンも臭い。シーツに血液が付いていた。 とにかく、二度と止まりたくないと思う環境だった。 良いところは駅から分かりやすい場所にあるという点だけ。大切な仕事の前に泊まるのはオススメしない。 さらに表示

The hotel is next to Fussa train station. Next to that is the taxi stand. About 1200 yen to the AB. Every thing within 5 minutes walk. さらに表示

Be careful with this hotel during certain times of the year. Apparently the rooms were booked and this non-smoker ended up in a smoking room. Couldn’t get the smell out. I cleaned filters, opened windows, sprayed, etc. When I said something, the first young lady informed me it would cost extra for non-smoking. Um, on my reservation paper clearly states non-smoke. The other gentleman then tells me it was full, so I called Agoda for compensation. The gentleman on the other end states “it happens.” Ok, can someone call me and advise me in advance that I’ll be staying in this? Some people are allergic to cigarette smoke environments. I was advised to constantly check with front desk to move rooms. The rooms were booked for the entire week. Just be aware you could end up in a smoking room. さらに表示

Hi. We stayed in room 1401 from 2nd to 5th february. On the last day, my daugther's beloved teddy bear went missing. It never leave the room. We went downstairs and check with the people but no one know where it was. They didnt even checked it with the housekeeping. I hope you can check with them and if they found it, we dont mind paying for the transporatation cost back to malaysia. さらに表示

すごく良い
For the price I paid, I must say that apart from the distance of the hotel to tokyo city itself, and all main attractions it was pretty much the complete package for a budget hotel. I stayed in a double bedroom. Extremely small but snug and had everything you needed. Only thing that was missing was the need for 'no disturb' signs as they tend to ring you if you are still sleeping instead of you being able to just leave a sign. My room was a smoking room, however I don't smoke. Problem being, whoever stayed previously before me were obviously smokers as each time I entered the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke . I reckon it was the smell trapped in the curtains and whatever else was in the room and the air con itself . Apart from that, couldn't fault the place. 24 hr staff who are always working hard and smiling. Happy to help whenever needed and breakfast is a typical Japanese buffet breakfast. I wasn't the biggest fan, only because I'm too familiar with a western breakfast however , as a Buffett you can't complain. Even have your own laundry service which most hotels don't have . You can wash your clothes yourself and it's cheap! Vending machines indoors if your peckish or a 24hr mini mart literally across the road alongside a macdonalds and a massive supermarket for other big foods if you wish :) Thank you toyoko inn.
