It's located at Kabukicho, downtown of Shinjuku area, and is near to busy streets for restaurants, bars and different kind of shops. The hotel room is rather small but clean. Typical business hotel, do not expect luxuries, good room size as per Japan standards, clean Breakfast mostly Japanese style, few western options like bread, salad 15-20 minutes walk from the Shinjuku station (depending on speed of your walk) Mattresses are quite hard, so if you do not find it comfortable then please do take this into consideration さらに表示

Good experience and helpful staff. Clean and tidy room. About 10 mins walk from JR station to hotel. 5 mins to Tokyo underground. A bit far to JR station, but if you know the way how to get thru the Subway/Underground shopping street, it's ok. さらに表示

Room is very clean but the check out time is 11am sharp not even extend 30min for you. The staff is not friendly at all if you ask for check out extend for 30 min they will charge you. 7-eleven is just next door and many restaurants near by the hotel. 7 in walks to the Shinjuku station. さらに表示

It was all good. I was able to leave my luggage there during the day before check in. The hallway to my room smell like ciggarettes but at least my room didn't. It was a good room for a night for 1 person cause it was small. But experience was good all in all. さらに表示
