It’s a very enjoy stay in Tsukimotoya. The room is super clean, the food is sooo great and they have different menu schedule for different days. Kinosaki is nice, quiet and clean, the Onsen is absolutely wonderful. And the 2 nights stay here is amazing. さらに表示

First time staying in the ryokan and all the staff is very polite. the grandma who serve dinner and breakfast is a very nice lady and very polite. The staff can speak english. The room is traditional tatami and very clean. the building is well maintained even it’s a bit old. Overall, i enjoy my time in kinosaki and the ryokan experience is very fun. i will be back to kinosaki for sure さらに表示

It is located behind of one public onsen , quiet and staff is friendly and polite . The dinner they prepared is Super delicious and the grandma who served us dinner she is very friendly and polite . Only one thing at down side, if you have big luggage then will be challenging because all rooms are located at 2 or 3 floor , the staircase is quite high to upstairs and you need to carry your own luggage to your room さらに表示

Behind the main street. If you are driving there, the streets are narrow, take care. Only booked room with no dinner so we ate at in front of it (3min walk), gubi gaba which is very nice , a craft beer joint. Convenient to walk along the street and to all the baths. さらに表示

1) Japanese Kaiseki breakfast and dinner served was EXCELLENT. The quality and taste of the food and the service rendered by the lady in the restaurant was top notch. 2) Comfortable and cosy room, tatami bed was heavenly with fluffy blankets to keep us warm during the winter. 3) Free onsen pass to all 7 public baths. Towels were provided too. Only point to take note would be that the public baths do not provide shampoo/ body wash/ facial cleanser. 4) Staffs were helpful and attended to all our needs. We were allowed to use the hotel’s umbrella and clogs/ boots for free. 5) Central location - within walking distance to all public baths. In fact, there is one just right beside the hotel. An easy and straight forward 10- 15 mins walk to train station and there are many eateries nearby. さらに表示

This is my second stay at Tsukimotoya. i love this ryokan so much. 10 mins walk from station or take shuttle bus more is by taxi 640 yen. You can enjoy 7 hot baths so wonderful. Dinner is very nice !!! The must stay ryokan and the best ryokan ever!!! さらに表示

Price was very good value compared to the other ryokans in the area. Meals especially the dinner were simply amazing. Staff was very warm and friendly. The onsen was small and no one really uses it, but it’s fine cause you can visit all the other onsens with the onsen pass. さらに表示

I spent 2 nights with Tsukimotoya Ryokan. The beautiful place nearby 7 public baths. In my opinion i think that this ryokan is in the centre of kinosaki walkable to 7 baths. The nearest baths named Yanagiyu bath you can walk around 1 min. The owner is very nice. Grandma who provided dinner and breakfast for us is super nice. さらに表示

Hotel is located at a very component location, just behind one of the onsen. There are one onsen on each direction of the road within 5 mins, and all others within walking distance (just enough to cool you down but you still stay warm). Onsen pass is included in the fee and the hotel provides map, yukata and towel. The meal is delicious and the old lady is very welcome. Even though most of the staff does not speak much English (they do know some words so it is still possible to communicate with some guessing and some sign language), one male stuff is able to offer sufficient communication. Hotel provides enough layering so that even in winter, you can still wear yukata and enjoy the 7 onsen in the town. Note that there might be some that is not in operation due to maintain or weekly break. The staff will inform you which ones are available. さらに表示

the room is big.. Like it can fit probably 4-6 person and since I'm traveling alone it's overwhelming. The staffs are very very friendly & I do encourage you to visit this beautiful onsen town. Was hoping they have a smaller room though.. さらに表示

Walkable distance from the station. Easy to locate. The staffs there are so nice & polite. The half board that they provided, I like it all (: As for the yukata that's provided, I feel Im fine with it too. Anyway, was looking for a rest and relax day @ KinosakiOnsen so choose this place. Our group of 4 stayed at Tsukimotoya Ryokan for 1 night and it was really good. Breakfast was included in room fee but it's a wide variety of dishes. The staff were very friendly and provided a brief of introduction about Kinosaki, showed us the way to go around with free map. Tsukimotoya Ryokan is centrally located and very clean. Our stay at Tsukimotoya Ryokan was excellent. Strongly recommend the dinner (in room) which includes a wide variety of dishes. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The ryokan is centrally located to explore the public onsens in kinosaki onsen. In addition, the ryokan is very clean. 5 minutes walk from Kinosaki Onsen station which offered a view of this charming town before arriving at his ryokan. Immediate you be great by the host and usher to your room. Then the host will teach you how to put on your Yukata before off to enjoy 7 unlimited entry onsen which using pass provided by ryokan. Dinner was great with huge serving of fresh seafood and crab before end with Tajima beef rice course. Overall it was very enjoyable as it is our first time stay at Ryokan. さらに表示

This is the worst Ryokan experience that we have ever had. The room is terrible, with dirts on the pillow. There are numerous bugs in the room. In addition, the heater was broken in winter night. And This experience cost more than 270 USD. Please think again before you book this Ryokan. さらに表示

We felt welcomed by the staff or maybe should I say family in this ryokan and our stay was a happy one. Location is not bad, one block behind the river n thus quite quiet. Food was awesome especially the seafood! さらに表示
