宿の景色は最高です。料理、サービス最低。料理・薄味で素材をいかす気持ちは、分かります(薄味にするなら、出汁、食材がよくなければ、無意味です)。メインのアワビ、きんめ、肉。特にアワビ、ペラペラに切ってあり、アワビでもない、とこぶしの、小さいもの、味が全くなし、私は、料理人をやってますのですぐに分かりました。鮮度もひどい！仲間達も、あまりの、不味さに、びっくりしてます。中居さんも、咳ばっかりしており、咳を抑えてる手で、御飯をよそい、考えられません。料理人、中居さん達、志しの、低さに、残念です、自分自身が恥ずかしくないの？サービス業やらない方がいいと思う、来客人が不幸な気持ちになると思います。あとお土産・宿のお勧め商品を、3つ頼んだのですが、2つしかないと言われびっくり。お店の看板商品がないの？最後の最後まで最低でした。 さらに表示

露天風呂は大島も見えて、広々としていて最高のロケーションです。 冬で寒かったけど、早起きして日の出を露天風呂から拝見出来て新年そうそうおめでたかったです。 お料理も素材を生かした味わいで、細かい細工もしてあり心こもってるなぁと感じました。 また、是非伺いたいです。 さらに表示

Pros - Beautiful Japanese aesthetic, best private onsen - outdoor, spacious, by the sea, privacy and secluded - . food was good, service was pleasant. Feedback for Improvements - At this price point, they could have provided the drinks in fridge (as per other high end hotels we have been to) instead of still having to pay; there was no aircon in the 2nd level - only one aircon on the ground floor so am not sure how cool 2nd floor bedroom will be in the middle of summer; the patio doors would be better if there were insect screens (as in other hotels we have stayed); The indoor bath tub has a glass picture window which would have been better if it was a window (with insect screen) that could be opened so you can have fresh air. The walk to our villa was over pebbles so you cannot roll your carry on bag, and with only one lady staff helping, we had to carry one bag ourselves. For older guests might be an issue having to carry your own bag over the pebbles and it was not just a short walk to our villa. I still like the place and would come to stay again. さらに表示

There is one thing need to improve is: the hotel provides with transportation from Futo station to hotel. This hotel locates 5minutes taxi driving or 80 minutes walking distance from Futo train station. The beautiful facing-sea scenery make you feel: every dollar you spent or time to traveled is completely worthy. We had an enjoyable, relaxing and comfortable stay. It is unforgettable. Staff can speak limited English but not affecting anything. Meals are good too. Height recommend this to someone's travel in Ito, Izu. さらに表示

Very good, memorable stay at this hotel; the views of the Pacific Ocean from the private onsen were breathtaking ! The 2-storey villa was well-furnished in the traditional Japanese style, but with all the modern amenities and facilities which made the it very comfortable. We had a superb kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast the following day, with excellent service throughout. Even when there was a slight problem with the airconditioning at 11pm at night, the staff were very fast in their response. Definitely, we will visit this hotel again ! さらに表示

도쿄에 살면서 여러 고급료칸을 가 보았지만 매우 좋은 료칸 중 하나입니다. 일반적인 가격이 비싼 감이 있지만(다른 유사 수준의 료칸에 비하여 비싼 수준은 전혀 아님 오히려 저렴함), 넓은 노천탕과 바다 절경, 아름다운 별 야경 및 훌륭한 조식과 석식 요리(종류, 양, 서비스, 질 모두 훌륭함) 모두 좋아 추천할만 합니다. 굳이 단점을 꼽으라면 이토가 도쿄에서 조금 먼 거리에 위치한다는 점과 세월의 흔적에 따른 집의 현대화가 조금 부족합니다만, 단점이라고 할 필요가 없을 정도이며 특히 이중 직원의 서비스가 특히 좋습니다. 한번쯤 꼭 방문해 보길 추천합니다. さらに表示
