This hotel is far away from City and we go there through local railway, and the hotel is at the last stop of the train, there is a special van waiting there to pick up customer for free for all the arrival. There are a lot of SPA hotel at this area. The good thing at the hotel is food and SPA. There are not much convinient store around and all of them are closed quite early. さらに表示

after many onsen hopping , this is one of the nicer one... nice food , dinner was served in the room , breakfast was at a dining hall . all set course . delicious food . friendly staff who could speak both mandarin and english . さらに表示

We had hoped to have 2 nonsmoking rooms but one of the smelled of stale smoke. A air purifier was provided with minimum effect. Apparently this hotel does not have never smoking rooms which may be typical of an older traditional ryokan. We very much enjoyed the onsen and the meals were exquisite. Sleeping on a futon was excellent for one couple but not the other. We were pleased by the free parking and valet service which included snow removal. さらに表示

this was a bit if a gamble as i took my niece to japan for her graduation and wasn't sure if she'd like the japanese style room. turns out we both loved it. i'd been to japan many times for business and was looking for something different. sleeping on the mats were a little hard on my old hips, but the fantastic soaking mineral baths more than made up for it. the owner's son speaks english well and was really helpful. the dinner served in the rooms was a feast and a unique experience. the town is fantastic and a different experience for anyone who has seen a lot of japan. さらに表示

內將是嫁到上松屋的台灣女孩，讓入住過程以及設施使用都沒有問題。晚餐非常豐富，桌邊附上🇹🇼紙鶴，充分展現對住客的尊重。泡湯的時間從入住到隔天上午十點，睡前泡一次可消除整天的疲勞，早上再泡一次，讓整天充滿活力。周邊的街道寧靜、乾淨，附近的景點如「北向觀音」、「常樂寺」...等皆步行十分鐘內可抵達。如果你也嚮往鄉下的純樸、寧靜、慢活，別所溫泉是很棒的地方；上松屋的優質服務與住房品質讓這趟旅程添加了不少驚喜。 さらに表示

飯店離別所車站不遠，但因為都是上坡路段，拉行李會有點辛苦，但如果是下午兩點到五點的時候到的話，會有當地飯店聯合的免費接駁車，可直接搭到住宿的地點。 飯店的工作人員接待方面很用心。溫泉的品質不錯，澡堂內外的設施也蠻好的。 晚餐與早餐的菜色豐富，口味也很好。 さらに表示

距离车站大概12分钟路程，但都是上坡路，不过酒店第二天会派车送去车站。温泉质量很不错，露天风吕在樱花树下，好舒服。料理质量也很棒，尤其是长野当地的山菜。价格总体稍贵。 さらに表示
