少し歩けば別府駅前の繁華街に行ける。幹線道路のそばなのでコンビニやチェーンレストランなども近い。騒がしさはあるが観光メインで宿は寝るだけなら充分。車だと５００円/１泊が別途かかるのは微妙。ホテルが少し古く、入浴設備（特に露天風呂）は充分とは言いがたい。食事抜きなら１万円を切る宿泊代が妥当で、ベッドの部屋はビジネスホテルの少し上程度のグレード。 さらに表示

別府駅からはちょっと離れてますので、荷物があるなら歩きは勧めません。海の真ん前で、部屋からは素晴らしい眺めを楽しめます。設備は古いものの、あの眺めに、部屋付き風呂で最高です。夕暮れは部屋でゆっくり、露店風呂も早い時間での利用をオススメします。夜は真っ暗なので。 歩ける範囲で飲食店もコンビニもあります。また利用したいです。 さらに表示

連休最終日、翌日は平日という日に宿泊したので、オーシャンビューの部屋は空いていたはず。でも提供されたのはタワーの見える国道沿いの景色の部屋でした。スケジュールを考えて夕飯をつけなかったのでそういう扱いは仕方ないのかもしれないが、リクエストを出しておくべきでした。 さらに表示

温泉の眺めが良く、部屋が広かったです。 ただ残念だったのが、乳児の流動食のため、電子レンジで温めてもらうように仲居さんにお願いしたのですが断られ、受付でも断られました。 お盆休みに素泊まりプランで申し込み混雑していたのはわかりますが、けっして安くない金額だったので、そのぐらいは対応いただいても良かったのではと思います。 さらに表示

As soon as we arrived at this lovely hotel, a group of four staff personally greeted us and carried our luggage to the elevator and one of the staff spoke impeccable English. She personally took us to our room and guided us through all the wonderful traditional features of our room. We had a waterfront room and the view was spectacular. We took numerous pictures as the room was so unique and lovely and the view was breathtaking. The hotel is only a three minute walk from the wharf and we had our choice of great, reasonably priced waterfront restaurants to choose from for dinner. The hotel has a delicious breakfast that we enjoyed as well! I highly recommend this hotel! We loved it! さらに表示

We stayed one night with Ceramic private bath tube room. - The Japanese Futon style room is very spacious and clean for 4 persons.Together with wide sea view living room and private onsen bath in toilet. very impressive. - Public onsen also very nice with Panorama sea view. - Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Charge items are not communicated to guests when checking in. I checked out at 11am and was realized I was one hour late and being penalized. Car-parking is also charged too but it was never being communicated to us. One female staff who can speak English well was very rude. Room is quite aged. NOT RECOMMENDED! さらに表示

Booked a seaview room n spacious. Renovation on seafront so in room onsen can be not private if on lower floors. Our in room onsen tap for hot water trickles and the tub cannot be filled up in 20mins as told by checkin staff. No breakfast as full house??? No dinner served. The Japanese-Western room with private ocean-view Onsen tub was spectacular. Wonderful value. I will stay here again when I return to Beppu. Very convenient to station by bus or taxi (5 minutes) or on foot (7–10 minutes). A wonderful place to stay. さらに表示

The location is by the sea, and the rooms were decent, we had a view of the asahi tower, the outdoor bath is quite small, while the indoor bath looked and felt quite dated and old. some of the staff spoke exellent english. Carpark on site was also easy to access and adequate. さらに表示

The room is so spacious! Apart from the bedroom area, we have a lounge area too. You can have the choice of going to the indoor, outdoor pool or just stay in your room to have hot spring spa as the water from the tap is hot spring water! So convenient! Nice place at a great location with nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was great! However the outdoor sento was not very clean and our bathroom was old and not super clean.
