大人２人、高校生１人、中学生１人の家族旅行。10連休のGWに2泊しました。車で行ったので駐車場が心配でしたが、近隣に駐車場が沢山あり安く停める事ができました。うちが使用した所は24時間最大700円でした！鶴橋駅、ローソンも近く便利でした。2泊したのですが、タオルの準備が１泊分しかなかったので、2日分置いてもらえたら良かったと思います。４口延長コードを持って行って使用しました。充電したりするのにあると非常に役立ちます。全体的には快適に過ごせました。 さらに表示

駅から近いことがまず１つ目に良かったことです。ローソンも近くにあるので困ることはありませんでした。２つ目は京セラドームにも約20分電車一本で迎えることです！本当に良かったです！ライブ参戦向きのホテルでした。4人で泊まったのですが、狭すぎず広すぎず◎ ３つ目はユニットバスでなく、別々に分かれていたので使いやすかったです。 ダメだったところは特にはありません。 ただ、11時ごろに荷物だけ預けた際にまだ清掃が入っていなかったので、部屋が少し汚かったのが難点でした。もし、先に荷物だけ預ける方は清掃後の方が良いと思います。 これはホテル側が悪いのではなく、泊まる方の荷物を預ける問題です。 ぜひ大阪に滞在する際に利用してみて下さい！宿泊費5000円なので大阪を満喫できます！ さらに表示

クレジットカード決済したら4倍の料金取られました。問い合せしてもしかと。排水からものすごい風が吹き上げていて排水口のゴミ取りが上がってくるくる回っていた。お風呂の途中でお湯切れになる。受付が電話に出ない。並びの銭湯の煙突の煙がモクモク来てる。日当りは最高！ さらに表示

すごく良い
　週末に子供たちの習い事の大会が東大阪アリーナであったので、前泊で利用させていただきました。学生の頃に住んでいた一人暮らしの部屋の様で何だか落ち着きました。ホテルより普段の生活に近い感じだったせいか子供達は、とてもリラックス出来たようです。 　駅や商店街にも近く、コンビニも側にあるのでとても便利でした。4人(大人2・子供2)での宿泊としてはコスパ良し☆だと思います。洗濯機と一緒に洗剤が置いてあったり、オシャレな食器セットや鍋ヤカンがあったりと嬉しいサービスもありました。 　駐車場は近くにあるので助かりましたが、周りの道は細くて狭いので車での移動は気をつけないと危ないです。 さらに表示

家族4人で車での旅行でした。 駅近くで道も狭く、一方通行が多く、マンションの目印もわかりにくく、何度もグルグルと探しました。 目の前にコインパークがあったので駐車には困りませんでした。 残念ながら、写真と全く違う手作りのような二段ベッドと折り畳みベッドで、寝心地が悪かったです。 一人暮らしの部屋のつくりで、ひととおりの設備は整っていて便利でした。 他の方のレビューでもありましたが、コンセントが1カ所しかないので、延長コードがあるといいです。 ホテルに泊まるよりはリーズナブルなので、こんなものかなと思いました。 さらに表示

Near Tsuruhashi station and minimart. If you have a car, there is the parking in front of this place about ¥800 per night. The room is good although it’s quite small for 4 people. But it’s convenient and so cheap. Very valuable! さらに表示

Good location, 5 mins walk from subway, Kintetsu & JR station. Easy to move around Osaka & other nearby cities like Nara. Easy to find just follow instruction given. Lawson is nearby & lots of BBQ around as there are many Korean BBQ restaurants. Room is small (as expected in Osaka) but comes with kitchen, fridge, microwave & washing machine. Bathroom can be used as a dryer as well which is cool. Bed is soft for me but overall comfortable. Will stay here again. さらに表示

The location is very strategic and convenient. Room is very clean and cozy, just nice for us travelling with 2 kids! Loved the bathroom so much coz it was also our clothes "dryer". Will definitely stay here again if we revisit Osaka. Thanks so much. さらに表示

The location is truly superb. The place is situated near JR Tsurushima station. Like, a few minute walk near. As for its available facilities, we didn't expect much of it at first. So, we were quite surprised when we found out that the place provided us with an extensive variety of basic accommodation, for example, ceramic tableware, a hair dryer (or is it my friend's... hmm, not sure), a washing machine (don't have to pay to use it), clothes hangers, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The only thing we found potentially problematic is that there was no staff physically present at the place. At all. In case something goes wrong or one is in need of assistance, the only way to contact the place owner is via email or Agoda message. We tried reaching to her/him once via Agoda message and he/she replied instantly. We don't really know if we were just lucky or the place owner is always that responsive. Location: Very near Osaka Loop Tsuruhashi Station. Very near a Lawson Store. If you have small children like me it has a nearby playground that my kids enjoyed 😃 Value for Money: I booked super early that’s why I got a good deal. I suggest to plan ahead your trip so that you can also book your hotel early as well Cleanliness: When we arrived, I saw some dust on the floor and stains on bedsheet. I suggest that you also provide a simple broom & dustpan so that your guests can do a bit of cleaning specially those staying 3++days. As you have a self check in and there is no visible staff available, I think this is a necessity. Staff: I needed to call the staff to ask for help during check in using the phone on the entrance door and I was able to contact her easily. The staff was very helpful and kind Facilities: We loved our room, that looks like a little home 😃. It has a small kitchen where you can do so light cooking with complete utensils. I loved that you provided a washing machine and laundry detergent, we are able to wash some of our clothes, the best part is the bathroom, you can hang your washed clothes overnight and it will be dried out with the help of the exhaust. Really amazing! 101% recommended! And will definitely book with them again if we plan to come back to Osaka さらに表示

Stayed here with my family for 8 days, near Tsuruhashi station literally 5 mins walk away. There's a convenience store nearby if you need late night snacks (which by the way the food is damn good) , also no need to worry about not having anything to eat as it's close to Korea Town which has all kinds of restaurants. The apartment was exceptionally clean with basic necessities like washing machine, hair dryer, fridge, cooking stove and microwave. The room is a little small but it can fit 3 full grown adults. Self check in was easy to follow as well. which means you dont have to rush if you arrive late. Would definitely stay here again さらに表示
