すごく良い
If you want a taste of what it is like to live in an old-style Japanese house that also gives you and your group the privacy of having your own space, then Veada is the place for you.
Please do not expect a hotel in terms of amenities, it is the home of a gracious and sweet man and his wife and they share with you their entire first floor.
Mr. Ono was exactly what the other reviews said he would be. Kind, service oriented, respectful of your space and very helpful and thoughtful. He would see you out in the morning and be there to greet you in the evening when you arrive home from touring all day.
I would recommend this place to people who:
1. want to experience living in a Japanese home
2. a young family of 4 who
3. small group of friends who are not out to club or drink in bars at night
It is also just a few streets away from the Gion area and 10 minute wal to Pontocho.
