It's very clean. Everything looks new. It has a microwave, a washing machine, a rice cooker and so on. Also there are shampoo, body-wash, tooth brush and slippers. It must be better than a hostel. I surely stay at this room next too, so please keep clean! 施設は新しいアパートメントの一階部分の部屋で一人暮らしを始めた感です。伏見の酒蔵や寺田屋等見どころも多く、京都のローカル地域で数日住んでみる、といった感覚が味わえます。近くには商店街や飲食店も多く、電車も2路線が走っており、不自由はしません。 さらに表示

Cannot fault this facility at all. We stayed here during Golden Week and was sad to leave when our stay concluded. It is close to the JR line for those with a JR rail pass, has multiple grocery stores close by and is very clean (and we are fussy on cleanliness). Small TV for those who require entertainment but not an issue for us. Only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been a dryer as it rained on occasion. The place was spacious, clean and have great amenities. The staff was attentive (he checked us via emails before arriving and at departure). It is near 3 stations so there are lots of options to choose. Not only that, both supermarket and convenience stores are soooo close. Since a lot of the equipments are in Japanese, I am impressed by the fact that they have prepared the instructions/manual in english so we could use the equipments easily! さらに表示

Near to JR station. However if you have large luggage from Kyoto city you maybe in trouble as there is no escalator in momoyama station and you will need to carry your luggage. Nonetheless, the apartment is very near to JR station and is very clean and complete. Worth the stay in this quiet neighbourhood. さらに表示

There is no on site staff, but the self check in/check out is easy. The room is spacious and squeaky clean with two twin beds, an eating area, kitchen, shower/bath/clothes dryer, toilet, large closet, and patio. You do not even have to provide your own laundry detergent. If you need to communicate with the management, they respond promptly by email. About a 5 min walk from Momoyama station. This was the most comfortable accommodation I stayed throughout my trip in Japan. Extremely clean and spacious, they provide thoughtful amenities for travellers- iron, washing machine (with detergent), basic toiletries, cooking utensils, and disposable bed room slippers (very hygienic). The bathroom is outstanding, despite small (like all Japan homes), it allows temperature adjustment, and dehumidifer. (You can dry your wet laundry in there) It’s a short walk from the train station, but this means it’s away from the crowd, ensuring a quiet stay at night. The host gave very clear instructions on the check in process. It was easy to find the place, the check in and check out process was extremely fuss free. Location is ok, not specifically near any tourist attraction. There is not many restaurants nearby so it is quite hard to find something to eat. However the plus is near subway and keihan station. Facilities is good and the room is very spacious. it is a self service hotel, so sometimes it is quite frustrate when I wanted to ask for help. Moreover, as a tourist, I want to leave my luggage in the hotel after check out and go sightseeing, but the check out time is very strict and there is no staff to keep my luggage. Fortunately, the guide book they leave is helpful and clear, so no problem occur. さらに表示

It is 4 JR stations from Kyoto. But it is only 2-min easy walk from JR Momoyama station to hotel. Opposite is a 24-hour Familymart. Nice room with kitchen so you can buy food from the supermarket for cooking. Very nice experience to buy and taste Japanese steak at around US$10 for 200 g. Nearby is a large local shopping street with clothes and food and restaurants. Also Keihan Line and subway line nearby. My only negative comment is the soft bedding and the rather small toilet design. Overall, I would recommend to my friends and I would come back to stay. さらに表示

Thank you Mr Yuki Hirao for letting us stay in your place. The room was very spacious, it even has a closet to store your luggages and jackets. Separate shower and toilet room is convenience. Facilities of the room was complete, you can use the washing machine they even has a large balcony to hang dry the clothes. the Hotel was strategically located with 3 train station nearby, one of them Momoyama Station is a JR station. Convenience store is just across the street. If you walk a little further you'll find a street full of restaurant and even bigger convenience store. Just a little tip, if you're using JR Pass and you would like to use the Momoyama JR Station. if you get to the station too early or too late, the Station staff might not be around for you to show the pass to get through the gate as also was our case. Don't worry, you just need to find the intercom phone near the gate and the person on the other line will help you through (they speak english very well). さらに表示

Worth the stay if you want somewhere quiet and away from tourists, but still close to train stations, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is very clean and has all the basic amenities for longer stays. Keep in mind it's not a hotel. They will not receive luggage and there is no room cleaning. The location is also not very convenient if you're planning on visiting Kyoto often, as it's about 10 minutes from Kyoto station by the JR line. さらに表示

A bit expensive, but is a quiet and comfortable place, complete with an electric stove, a cooler box and a washing machine. Located near 2 train stations and also a supermarket with which is a huge plus. The only downside is that the place is too comfortable, you might not want to go out and enjoy the city.
